The location of this property is Downtown which was nice because it was decorated festive and close to many restaurants. They have a restaurant and a bar which I would have liked to use but they only had small and shareable plates that were overpriced in my opinion for such a small menu so we ended up going elsewhere. Our room was nice and chic and the bed was extremely comfortable. I thought the water bar and microwave station at the end of the hall was neat. I also enjoyed the brand of bath products. The staff was very nice, but didn’t say how to get to our room or any additional information about food or checkout time, that I usually receive when checking into hotels.

My main issue is the room didn’t seem that clean. There was a tea maker in the room but it was filthy and I didn’t want to use it. Not sure the last time it was used but it was a turn off. Also, the main shower head didn’t work which was disappointing. Also, there was a very slippery film on the shower floor. I slipped a little walking in so I ended up throwing hand towels on the ground so I wouldn’t slip and warned my young son to stay on the towels also. That could have been a dangerous situation for someone less agile. Also, it was very noisy BUT this didn’t bother me that much. I saw large parties of ladies from maybe a bachelorette party and lots of people who have obviously been drinking and having a good time. I heard really loud banging at 3 am from the hall but again this didn’t bother as much as it might someone else.

Hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city. Take the free tram ride around the town and hop on and off at the various attractions. Historic Arkansas museum is worth a visit, I would recommend the Museum of Fine Arts. It also has a very good restaurant.

No restaurant open while we were there. Breakfast was a bit haphazard.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. The rooms were in excellent condition and very comfortable.

When I called the front desk, the clerk couldn’t really help me. But he brought the supervisor of housekeeping and he came up to my room to see and smell my complaint

I loved everything about it! The bar! The location. It was very well cleaned!!

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, and the everyone was so friendly. Special thanks to Shannon, Antonio, Zack, Kelly, and Cody. Y’all were all amazing! Will definitely book here again the next time we are in town.

Good location, spacious hotel, nice little hotel bar and overall a good experience

I had picked the location for the reviews stating the beds were comfortable and that it had a bar and restaurant. The cook did not show up for the evening (the dinner) or morning ( for breakfast). So we had to find locale accommodations for both meals. We had chosen the location so that we did not have to leave the property during our stay. Beds were hard and corner room was small. Choose it because it promised more room but it barely fit the luggage cart to unpack. Property is overpriced for what it offers and the size of room your get.

Bed was uncomfortable, cook never showed up fur dinner or breakfast. They put two bowls of nuts out to substitute for food since cook never showed for dinner and they wanted to keep bar opened. I was overcharged get our two drinks. Still fighting that. Location was not in a good part of town. Everything to do was several blocks away, and the area at night seemed unsafe.

Have to valet park at $30 per day plus tips. Floor in rooms is no carpet but they were not well cleaned (sticky gross).

First impression, the friendliest valet ever. He welcomed us to Nashville, and helped us with our bags and our car. The attendant at check-in was welcoming, as well. Beautiful lobby with ample seating. Terrific pop-up coffee shop, Frothy Monkey. And our room.. ahhhhh. Luxurious, comfortable, clean. Crisp clean linens. Great shower, too. We were able to relax and rejuvenate. Such a good visit.
