Quit place, friendly staff. Good price.

In the guest laundry, the washer worked fine. The dryer was not working.

The friendly atmosphere was amazing and the rooms were very pleasant.

The room did not appear clean. We booked a room with a refrigerator and a microwave, we didn't have either one. Also, the air conditioner did not work, still doesn't. I am extremely dissatisfied with this stay. I have pictures if you would like to see.. The bathtub had a rust looking spot in the bathtub that looks disgusting.

Holes in wall. Cats in wall meowing all night. Bugs on floor when lights turns off, you have to literally watch your step to not crush a bug. No ice. Beds were basically rock hard.

Property & room was filthy. Management was poor with communication & being present at front desk.

the stairs and I had holes in my covers and my smoking alarm was missing from the room. the shower had hair in the wall and I only had 2 pillows to a kings sized bed

The toilet wouldn't flush, it was nasty, the sink was sunken in, no soap, the carpet was falling apart, the beds were crappy, loud ppl. They took the money off my card and tried to tell me it didn't come off. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to figure it out. They charge a $50 deposit, cash only, and don't tell you up front.

Tried to check in and waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. A resident ranted about the "plantation" atmosphere and talking to herself. When a person actually showed up and I asked to check in, we were obviously interfering with his everyday criminal activity. I left and canceled my reservation. Paid 3 times as much at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Do not go here!

Employees were all friendly

Employees did not provide accurate information. We waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle bus because they didn't ell us what to look for; I had to make a second call and explain that I was from out-of-town and ask for a description of the shuttle (which turned out to be the airport parking shuttle bus that had been sitting outside for over 20 minutes). We were sent to an occupied room. Morning front desk employee told us shuttle would be by in 3-5 minutes; it arrived 10-15 minutes later. Air conditioner was extremely dusty and cover was broken, rooms and hallways smelled like heavy smoke, chairs were stained, hard stain section on the sheets , no soap in the bathrooms, floor in bath didn't look clean.

Couldn’t stay here due to the aged and molding room ,wreaked of urine the second we crossed the threshold. Left immediately.
