So many things are close. Food, shopping etc. Walmart and target within a few miles.

The carpet in my room was disgusting! When I told the desk about it, the staff said it could have been from past parties in the room.

Clean, friendly service

Happy hour and omelet bar made the whole trip. This was for a book signing and the hotel was perfect for the trip! Definitely reccomend the drink happy hour. The room was comfortable and spacious. Common areas were clean and staff was available if needed for literally anything.

Check in with the app wasn't working tho so we still had to wait in line for check in. They were able to sort it out once we checked in and app worked for digital key and such.

I didn’t like the the door handles and curtain rods were falling off. I also called the front desk several times to ask for pillows and blankets and I finally got them hours later.

All the amenities you usually get with a stay at embassy suites.

Being a honors member, it was convenient for me to stay in the area that had access to shopping.

The rooms at this property was damaged or either dirty. I had an allergy room and the furniture was damage. The floors had huge stains in them. I was very disappointing. The fridge was not mounted well and didn’t keep our drinks cold at all. We were all very uncomfortable.

The lobby is amazing, it's beautiful and spacious.

Rooms smelled of mildew, told the Staff, didn't seem to be a concern. Rooms were not in great shape, carpet coming up, hair left stuck to things, all around not a good experience

The staff was nice and the location was nice.

The room needed lots of repairs and updating. There was a hole in the wall where an outlet used to be. There was something splattered on the bathroom wall that stained the wall. Our mini fridge was broken, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and we had to pay to park on the premises. To park in the parking garage was even more money. The room did not match the picture on the website and was not worth the amount we spent.

Location is great in downtown Little Rock.

I stayed at this location previously, and it has seriously gone down hill. My room smelled disgusting- like cat urine. The A/C never cooled down the room and the pillows are awful, so sleeping wasn’t a good experience. I went down to the free happy hour just to be served a fly in my drink. Flies and bugs were everywhere in the lobby and rooms. I could never figure out how to order room service because staff is rude and doesn’t answer the phone for guests. I had a terrible experience and would never go back.

It had everything I needed for me and my kids stay.

It took a long time to get housekeeping services even after I put my request in at 7:30 am it was almost 3pm before anyone came.

The room smelled bad there was holes in the ceiling, and the pillows were stained and smelled bad. There was bed bugs in the mattress.

Room was dirty, someone else’s hair on shower walls. Refrigerator compressor going out. 4 inch thick ice in freezer. Desk clerk was non plussed, couldn’t have cared less.

The property has no control over this but it wasn’t pleasant to be woken up by someone’s dog barking.

Ac wasnt working in room when we got back that night. Had to run in high fan mode, sinks were really wobbly, and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were both empty.

Breakfast was included, but I was so eager to leave the property I left before it was served. Happy hour drinks were appreciated

Broken elevators and ice machines, overcrowded with u supervised children running all over the hotel, very dirty- I found toenail clippings in the bed of the first room I was assigned, and buckets were seen throughout the hallways collecting water from leaks in the ceilings, property had overwhelming scent of marajuana, terrible quality food at restaurant

I never leave reviews but this hotel was so bad I had to. The first disappointment was arriving at the hotel to find out the pool was closed, we had four very sad kids but that was okay. We told them we’d have a fun movie night instead. We got to our room to find no remotes for either TV, no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out bed, and only two towels for our family of six. We tried to call the front desk to request these things but weren’t connected to a person, just an automated thing. So after driving all day my husband had to walk all the way down to the front desk where the front desk worker acted annoyed with his requests and tried to shoo him away so she could get back to her very important phone call. When my husband got back we turned the light on by the nightstand only to discover ants crawling all over it and some on the beds too. That was the absolute last straw and we had to pack up our four little children at almost 9pm and leave and try to find a new hotel. It was such a stressful and disappointing situation. We travel all the time and have never experienced such a bad hotel. I hope you address these issues at your hotel but sadly we will no longer be staying at your hotels.
