Remodeling while there. Water was turned off when I got in room. Wasn’t told. Called front desk and was told contractor had turned it off. Tv wasn’t working first night. The new paint job was sloppy. Paint wasn’t cleaned up before it dried

the property was being renovated. Open cans of paint out side elevator. Trash piled up and overflowing trash can. Bad smell in hallway. wet paint signs on hallway walls. Bathroom tub had strands of long hair. No smoke alarm in room just a wire sticking out of the wall.

I have stayed there before.👍

Rooms not easily assessable from handicap persons. Microwave and coffee maker not able to be plugged in!

The location of the hotel was in a decent area.

The cleanliness of the room. The shower had hair and brown water stain on the walls. The chair had stains all over it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable.

There was a bit of a marijuana smell inside the lobby. The towels smelled a bit like smoke.

Good food

The fitness room did not work, just because of him they rented a room. The checkout time was written at 12:00 but at 11:30 the maid tried to enter without knocking on the door, which was extremely unpleasant.

VERY nice room, especially for the price. Rooms clean and large, parking was safe and well lit. Breakfast was nice and a very good variety.

Location was great, we were close to the mall and great restaurants. The breakfast was good and the rooms were fairly clean.

Staff was RUDE, the clerk stood there in a personal phone call while I was waiting for assistance. I reported a spill in the elevator and it was still there over a hour later.

Nothing there was NETS EVERYWHERE ROOM WAS DUSTY AS EVER AND THE SHEETS DIDNT FIT THE BED PROPLEY EITHER

The rooms were nasty stinky customer service was very poor and get ghetto They had leaks in the hallway and wet floor signs everywhere

the staff was so great and help full. I got lost and they were so helpful that they were very patient and gave me perfect diirections to get me there. found id right away.

I wasn`t looking for anything negative , I think it was the area they were in, but i just happen to park my car in the back of the building and wast not happy about leaving my car by itself.and explained this to the desk clerk and she told me to park it in the front where there was a vacant spot , i felt better about it and made me feel at ease, .
