The staff was courteous. the location of the hotel is good.

The door was shaky and fregile and there was a huge and visible gap between the edge of the door and the side of the wall.

The shower was decent.

They overbooked our room and gave it to someone else and we ended up being moved to a different hotel. We had confirmed we would be arriving late 10pm due to delayed flight and a deposit was already taken to secure the room. We were tired after travelling for a long time so the last thing we needed was a detour to another hotel. Substandard too in my opinion with not very welcoming hosts.

The room was smelling with cigarette, they did try to spray some air freshner, but didn't help.

The staff was good. Big and Budget room.

Noisy environment in the lobby. No sim network coverage inside the hotel, Wifi coverage was poor on the 1st floor. I needed to shift the room to ground floor as I had to work remotely. The sheet were changed for the new check in however the pillow and sheets were still dirty with lots of stains even though it was washed in the laundry.
