My wife and I stayed for a week and thoroughly loved every moment! This is a small space as shown but utterly beautiful and cozy and somehow doesn’t feel small. It’s impeccably clean, communication with owners was super easy (I couldn’t figure out how to get in since I was trying the wrong door-my fault). I am planning my next trip soon. You can’t get a better location either!! This place is so beautiful and I have such joy when I think of my stay here.

Conviently located downtown Provincetown. Very walkable to everything. The owner was very quick to respond and provided suggestions and info for things to do in the area. We would stay again!

Terrific studio condo on the main strip of PTown. Footsteps to the beach and stores. Condo has everything you need. The manager/owner was helpful, communicative and available for any questions you might have regarding the condo and even the location. A welcoming stay and a memorable one!

My six day stay here was a complete joy. Although hardly spacious, the space was well arranged and outfitted with amenities one wouldn’t expect in a small unit. These included full size fridge and range, a working gas fireplace, and a nice selection of kitchen equipment. Although it was still a bit too chilly to enjoy the private beach, I used the little patio area for coffee and cocktails. The location is safe “, quiet and has incredibly convenient access to everything one needs in P’town. It’s also just a ten minute walk to McMillan Wharf and the ferry. I wouldn’t hesitate returning!

I loved getting a chance to see Provincetown in the spring before the crowds (Though I certainly plan to stop by in the summer too). I tried a different cafe every morning and brought a coffee or tea back to enjoy on the little table outside the studio while finishing a few books. It was also great having such immediate beach access.

Perfect for one, two can easily share. Clean single room with comfortable Murphy bed that folds into wall during the day. Kitchen has full size frig, stove and great water in taps, shower and toilet. Multiple windows, secure locks, patio, and off Commercial St. with distance to mute night noise. Off season parking easy and free. Room to store personal bike but within walking of whole town.

The studio is well appointed. Kitchen has everything that you could possibly need. There are many nice features such as the private porch outside and the fireplace inside. The fact that the harbor is the other side of the condo building is fantastic. Both owners are also considerate and anxious to please. I have already made plans to stay there next fall.

This was an amazing space in a great location! Me, and one of my best friends went for a week get away, the Murphy bed and couch were perfect for sleeping & the location couldn’t be more perfect! It was steps from the beach and very quiet!

We had a lovely time at this spot. Perfectly located in Provincetown right off Commercial Street and steps away from the beach. This unit had everything you could possibly want or need. The unit was clean, tasteful and well appointed. I look forward to a return visit.

I stayed in this charming property for ten days in February. Like many Ptown rentals, it's small! That said, it has four large windows and a sliding glass door and has wonderful light throughout the day. It feels roomy. At night (in winter, anyway) you can see the moon rise over the ocean and the lights of Truro. The bed is very comfortable, and when tipped into its cabinet, the room becomes a different space completely. The kitchen has everything you'll need, including a full gas stove and large fridge. As for the location, it's perfect. Close to the middle of town but incredibly quiet and private feeling. In short, highly recommended. The host was responsive and helpful. My new favorite Ptown getaway.

Host were excellent to work with. Patient with a first timer to Vrbo. Property was just as was stated. Had everything I needed, but food, and everything I needed to prepare it. Great single or couple escape with flexibility of a bit like home.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The unit size was perfect for 2. We cooked many of our meals as the kitchen is well-equipped. Garden patio is lovely. The property neighbors are friendly and kind. Easy access to a great beach and the main street where the action is. Parking and unloading was a tad challenging. Don't park in the municipal lots - they're crazy expensive. Be patient and look for street spots much further down Commercial St. away from the shops after you unload (pay attention to the street sweeping signs for when you'll need to move). Mike was very responsive to communication. You'll love this property and P-town. Thanks, Mike for an amazing stay. Looking forward to possible future trips.

It was just as described, smooth every step of the way, and the location was amazing.

For first timers to P'town, this cozy studio (with fantastic water pressure, and much welcomed air conditioning during a week with some sweltering temperatures) was the perfect hub. Everything we could ever want to do, from the ferry to Long Point to walking the Tidal Flats to climbing Pilgrim's Monument, from Hidden Cove beach to a (killer but totally worth it) Dune Shacks hike, from coffee at Joe's to pastries from Relish, and dinner at Liz's—was a mere 5-10 minute bike ride away. And countless more wonderful places just minutes away on foot, including the "30 steps" to the private beach—beach chairs included! It really felt like a little oasis for 2. (And Mike was so helpful with parking instructions—we only had to move the car once and ended up with free street parking for the week.)

This studio apartment was the perfect place to stay for our stay in Provincetown. The private beach, and the proximity to the Commercial Street shops/bars/restaurants were our favorite parts. We had pleasant conversation with some of the owners of the other units in the building as we tanned on the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Michael is a great host and communicates in a timely and consistent manner . All of our correspondences were handled in this app allowing for complete privacy . Unit 3 is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street and covered by a canopy of trees. The patio is a wonderful place to take in the sounds of birds and the wind through the trees . You can also BBQ on the grill. I had big plans for biking and hiking on this trip in and around Provincetown, but this cottage was so perfectly inviting and the beach so so close that I spent most of my time enjoying things nearby. The Patio Restaurant and Wired Puppy are super close . However, the gas stove / oven and large refrigerator provided ample opportunities to cook on my own . Don’t pass this unit up !!!!!

This P-Town studio is very centrally located (just 10 minutes by bike to Cove and the National Seashore trails) and yet tucked away in a quieter part of Commercial Street. The space is small, but clean and efficient. It’s just a few steps to sit and have an early morning coffee or evening walk on the beach or dinner and a drink at one of the countless nearby restaurants.

It's a balancing act between location and space. The quarters are tight, but you really are right in the middle of Provincetown. (but truly just far enough away NOT to deal with noise). Parking is very difficult.

My husband and I loved our first trip to Provincetown AND this cute studio apartment. The Murphy bed IS comfortable, and Michael was a great host—very responsive and allowed us to bump check-out to noon since there was no one coming in after us. Highly recommended!
