Staff were great!

Ac was out downstairs, impossible to enjoy the bar, lounging area, or gym. Bedroom couldn’t even get below 71 even in middle of the night. Couldn’t get access to ice/water room with my key card so had to go downstairs multiple times. No coffee in room. Shower also randomly turned out at midnight and dripped for 2 hours!

I liked the property location.

I think the hallway are somewhat dark. I know one doesn’t hang out in hallways, however, your guest are of varying ages.

Stayed here for a concert. The wing place(Chex) was very convenient, and food was good. Bed was super comfortable. Great atmosphere. Modern decor.

They could have a shuttle to Bank of America Stadium.

The gym needs fans desperately it is extremely hot!! Also 10lb and 15lb dumbell are missing need to be replaced otherwise this place is super clean and has everything you would want😊

The fire pit was great but very loud - People were having a party there until after 1:30am and the rooms are not sound proof. I was not able to sleep and I was on the 4th floor.

The most important thing: The staff is just great. They were very welcoming and friendly & helpful whenever I had a question or needed something, kudus to them. The room/design was nice, love the steamer for clothes in the room - great idea! Nice bathroom (although, as mentioned below, too much perfumed cleaning supplies used). Hint: Jocks & Jills on the other side of the street is great for a quick dinner (fabolous burgers!)

Sorry, but quite some issues. First: The hotel will NOT respond to any inquiries made over the booking.com platform, although it is offered as communication, so my request for the possibility of an airport shuttle sent about two days before my arrival was simply left without any reaction at all. If the management does chose to not communicate through these channels, please say so in the booking process...how shall the customer know?! The upholstery of the seating furniture was dirty/stained in a way that I did not feel like sitting on them...this kind of material IMHO is not very suitable for a hotel, as it's almost impossible to clean sufficiently once it has been stained, so one can't really blame the staff for that. The air condition in the room is a no go, as others have already mentioned before. It is placed in the corner on the room on floor level opposite the bed and therefore does cause air flowing right to your face while lying on the bed, and we all know what that means -- and: it's quite loud. Fortunately I stayed at the hotel when outside temperature were very moderate, so I just shut it down completely - otherwise I would definitely have been moving to another place. But: the windows can not be opened either, so no fresh air from outside possible! - which was an issue, because the cleaning services seems to love such an amount of perfumed cleaning liquids, that I had to open door to the corridor for a while to avoid a headache. On the corner of the corridor was a a/c air intake on the opposite side of my door that produced a blaring loud airflow noise, fortunately the noise insulation of the doors is ok, so I did not hear it too loud inside my room. Therefore...too many issues for me to prefer this hotel again...a pity, location is good, staff really nice.
