Being in the field of info technology I’m typically very careful with noticing data. While searching properties with the rate I sought, this property was a fit. I chose the room/rate and didn’t realize it flipped at time of booking. It was $129/nt + fees/tax and then it flipped to $164 w/o my catching the change until post-checkout. The hotel would do nothing about it and my request to speak to a GM for a rate reset went ignored. Duly noted, that’s our 2nd & last 1 week stay at this property + our last time recommending the property to many others over the last year….Our silence for your silence.

I did the reservation with my American Express, but I paid with a VISA at check out and the hotel charged me twice!! it’s been about 12 days since my stay and still can’t get my money back for the 4 rooms!!

it was clean but wayyyy overpriced for what it was

they said they were a pet friendly hotel but I never experienced to have $100 pet fee applied on there already what I felt overpriced room. To add insult to injury they never asked me and my dog is a service dog.
