Unbelievable location for a Home game

Everything. Could not fault any part of our stay, we enjoyed it so much we stayed for an extra night. The staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. 24 hour reception, I messaged and asked about having the room set up for my partner as a surprise and they instantly got back to me with offers for this to which I chose a balloon bottle of Prosecco and a cake left for us on arrival. Communication was fast and no misunderstandings. The rooms were clean, lovely big bathroom with beautiful powerful showers, comfy beds. Breakfast was perfect standard full English, cooked beautifully very clean breakfast. Value for money is amazing. For anyone wanting a football themed stay this is the perfect place to be, very very short walk to the stadium. I can’t wait to come back

Room was clean and big without cupboard. Bed are really comfortable but there was allregy in bed sheets so i changed the hotel. You can ask for new bedsheets if possible.
Washroom was very small, TV was non functional, i asked to staff but they dont know

Nice atmosphere once inside. The room was large and the bathroom clean and offered everything we needed. In the area that we needed to be to get the ferry in the morning without travelling too far
No lift only stairs. Bedside table only one one side of the bed. The location is ideal if you are going to the football. There is a shop next door where we got sandwiches but no local restaurants.

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Location was great for the stadium tour but there are no facilities around the property for food etc. We had to go back into the centre for food. I would recommend staying in the centre and driving out to the stadium tour as there is parking there anyway.
The room was tiny, we were very squashed. There was no dressing table so we had nowhere to put small belongings. And no mirror so it was tricky getting ready as the only power point was behind the very small bedside table which housed the tea and coffee facilities. No bedside table next to the bed either. And the double was squashed against the wall so it was disturbing in the night if you needed to get up. No bathroom bin which can be awkward for women especially.

My check-in was supposed to be 3pm, unfortunately i arrived earlier but i was allowed to check-in at 1pm, amazing.
1st class service, superb staff and my room was beautiful. Had a coffee on the house

Everything they were so freindly couldnt do enough for me n my wife lindzi..immaculate rooms very comfortable beds breakfast banging ..will definitely stay there in match days and its 2min walk to and from the ground...excellent recommend it to anyone ....keep up the good work x

Hotel was very Modern and spotless clean! Fantastic host (Ryan) met us on arrival and he helped us so much with getting around the city and - suggestions on bars and gave Taxi numbers. He was great- a credit to the hotel.
Jade was also great, very friendly and welcoming and cooked us a great breakfast in the morning. Fab team A*****

Perfect place to stay when going to the stadium at Anfield - 5 min walk. The room was spacious, warm and cosy. Bathroom and facilities were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

location was perfect especially for the football. even with an 8pm KO, there was no noise outside, that we could hear anyhow! Jade was great, very polite and welcoming. food and drink reasonably priced. really pleased with our choice of hotel.

The staff were amazing and went well out of their way to ensure we have the best weekend, especially Jade and Anthony. Nothing was too much to ask and they made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was spotless and in the perfect location. We will definitely be visiting again soon.
How welcoming Jade and Anthony were and would do anything to ensure that we had all that we needed to enjoy our stay at Liverpool.
