朝食のビュッフェスタイルが良かったです。 様々な、料理があって目移りするぐらい満足して食事ができました。

空調設備が、微妙でした。 入浴時に使用した、バスタオルなどの肌触りがガサガサしていて拭き取りづらかったです。

接客が良すぎる

The breakfast buffet was the best one we experienced in Japan (6 different 4*+ hotels) and the best deal when including it on Booking (~25 CAD per person) otherwise it was $38 CAD at the hotel. Huge variety of Japanese, Western breakfast foods, hot and cold, baked goods. Had attended stations for onigiri, pancakes, omelets and even hamburger sliders. Also had separate area for kiddo friendly breakfast foods. The general decore felt very 90's and our room initially felt a little tired, but the beds, bedding and bedwear were awesome, as were the toiletry amenities (again, best range of hair, face and bath products we've seen). Like all higher end baths- it had a separate deep tub and shower. Loved bathing onsen style! There is a little convenience store offering additional toiletries, snakes and beverages at reasonable prices. Location for Disney visits is great. It's a very quick walk to the Bayside Disney Monorail which takes you to Disney Sea and Disney Land entrances. The hotel also offers a quick shuttle transfer to the Matsuma subway station (free shuttle service every 15min). This was a very popular hotel with Asians. Saw only a few families from the West. Not a bad thing! Staff were also extremely courteous and polite. Communications were never a problem, although there is clearly more fluency with the front desk and wait staff than others.

We didn't do lunch there, and dinner is a bit limited. The buffet area changes over to a western restaurant that has a set menu of about 4-5 items (set menu is in the range of $35-$40 per). The sushi restaurant is pretty decent and has a pretty big menu. But generally dinner offerings at this hotel are not as impressive as the breakfast buffet. You also had to load a app for reservations for the breakfasts, because it is so busy! the app's reservations opens at 0600 and breakfast starts at 0630. Can't reserve the day before, only day of. So register right at 0600, otherwise there will be dozens ahead of you, lol. Didn't try the pool, but that was extra (~$25 per person, I think). It should be included, but it's probably a good way to help minimise busy-ness. Like all of the hotels around Disney, it is a bit isolated and wouldn't be a convenient place to stay as a home base for the rest of Tokyo. Better to check out and move to or close to the district you want to spend more time in.

The main interior of the hotel was impressive, especially considering it is next to, and being compared with, Tokyo Disneyland. The rooms were large and we had a lovely view of the bay. The location was perfect for our needs. We look forward to staying again.

Gorgeous lobby!! Nice, clean rooms with lots of amenities. Very clean to Tokyo Disneyland.

We had issues with the already booked shuttle bus they made us buy two new tickets. We paid for breakfast but we unable to get any due to the time the shuttle bus left. The staffs English wasn’t the best had a lot of issues with trying to communicate

Great location for Disney, very helpful staff. They do not speak a huge amount of English but if you use google translate to ask questions you should have no problems getting an answer.

We had a bayside view and the noise in the evenings from the road/pool area (very loud music) made it hard to sleep at times.

Chambres spacieuses très bien aménagées. Le personnel est serviable et nous a aidé l'envoi d'une valise sur Tokyo. L'hôtel est juste à côté de la station de navettes pour les deux parcs Disney. Rien à redire.

ディズニーウェルカムセンターで預けた荷物を到着前に部屋入れしていただき助かりました。 パーク内でお土産を買い逃しても1階のグッズ店で買えます。 無料送迎バスのおかげで真夏も快適に移動できました。 チェックアウトが12時までなのでゆっくり眠れました。

シャワーの水圧がとても弱かったです。髪の長い人は洗うのに苦労すると思います。 アメニティのシャンプー類の泡立ちが悪く自分には合わなかったので、次回からは持参します。

The location is really near the disneyland, very convenient, and the bus service is very practical and helpful. The room is spacious making it very comfortable to stay, the beds are comfortable and clean. This is not our first time staying here. Its a recommended place to stay. Airport limousine is definitely one of the things we like here. The hotel have some nice photos spots, we liked it.

The restaurants needs brighter lighting, we haven't tried any of the restaurants yet, so I cannot say anything about the food, it might be good.

Service, safety, comfort and great price for location.

Amazing breakfast, not to miss. Staff very helpful and English speaking. Great location if visiting DisneyLand, Disney Sea, or Disney Spring.

The bathroom in the room was a bit old. Rooms not very big but practical.

Great location if you are going to Disney land. Not far from Bayside station and Toystory hotel. Breakfast buffet had wide variety of choices. Clean spacious room.

Property had great aesthetics! Welcoming features! Staff were professional and courteous. Some language barriers nothing Google translate couldn’t over come! Rooms were comfortable and we had a view of Disney.

Pools were closed during our stay in mid-June, which would have been a plus to lay around when we had time.

It’s very clean replenishment of supplies every day .

Accessibility to the train station, Disneyland & Disney’s & the mall .

The Gran Nikko met and even exceeded our expectations during our Tokyo Disney vacation, it is extremely close to both the monorail (We preferred going by foot mostly and not use the free shuttle service), the food was excellent, the rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, the staff was kind and did the best it could to meet all our needs. It is an excellent hotel even if your planning to go to the parks in the morning get back to the hotel at noon to rest a bit, and then get back again to the park at the late afternoon (especially useful if you have small children). FYI it is exceptionally close to the new fantasy springs hotel and every time you go by foot to the monorail (about 5 minute walk) you meet the entrance to the "Fantasy springs", overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

駅までの道のりをスタッフの方に聞いた時に、やや面倒くさそうに言われた。別の仕事途中に声をかけてしまったのかもしれないが、であれば他のスタッフの方に尋ねるよう言って欲しかった。 ただ、それ以外の方は大変丁寧に対応してくれた。

This is a really pretty hotel closely located to the Disney monorail. We only stayed one night after a Disney visit but really enjoyed it. Bonus was checking out at 12pm after a long day at the parks.

雨の日の宿泊になったのですが、 シューズの乾燥機が設置されていた事 冷えた身体にバスソルトの湯船が最高でした。 ちょっとした売店も遅くまで営業されて ディズニー帰りの小腹を満たすにはとても良かったです。 朝食も美味しくゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。
