A get away for myself and two daughters. Close to home for all, great location for all things Chattanooga. Lovely accommodations we felt at home. Good communication with providers. We will return.

Overall it was great. We liked the house and it worked great for four adults. Our only complaint is that they need to do something with the stove/oven. They are too dirty to use. Everything else is great!!

Loved the location -- 5 minutes from downtown, walkable to trails. House is super cute with anything you need. Only thing that could make I better is a covered porch off the back to enjoy the outdoors when it is raining. Highly recommend!

Wow! We absolutely loved this place. From the moment we walked in to a Christmas tree in the living room, we knew we had picked the right place to stay! We are something of Chattanooga 'veterans'- visiting often, but we usually stay in a downtown hotel. This property was a perfect blend of staying on the mountain yet being close to downtown. We were able to get anywhere downtown within 15 minutes. The kitchen was well appointed- Katie seems to have thought of everything you'll need to cook dinner at home. My only 'complaint' would be that the pictures on the listing do not do near the justice the view of the valley at night deserved (we were there in the winter) and of the sunrise. Breathtaking! We got to see all kinds of fireworks from the warmth of our house on New Years Eve- it was so fun and beautiful. I honestly cannot wait to go back. Hard to be flawless- and no experience is - but this was close!

The property is well maintained but noise from traffic was pretty consistent. The traffic is not the owners fault but it does detract from being outside.

We had a fabulous time staying at this wonderful home! It was decorated so nice, with all of the special touches that made for a perfect 2 day stay! So close to Ruby Falls, look out mountain and Rock City and just a few miles away from shops and restaurants but in the woods. We really couldn’t have picked a better place!

Beautiful area. Owner was very nice. No complaints. We haven’t been to many VRBOs so we don’t have a lot to compare it to, but everything was very comfortable and lovely.

Loved everything about this house! Decorated perfectly and the views are amazing. The only issue we had was trying to park 3 cars. There’s no way to park 3 cars and be able to leave and get back down the driveway. We had to use a Uber every time we left but that was fine with us.

This was an excellent property! The pictures don’t do it justice about the amazing views. This place works great with our family at 5, including three kids, six, and under. It had everything we needed, including a highchair, which was a delight. All of the furniture and decorations were amazing and provided a fun atmosphere for the house, and the location was amazing because you got to have great views, but didn’t have to drive to the top of the mountain and we were still 15 minutes from everything downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay and relax in the Chattanooga mountains but still be close enough to enjoy some downtown night life as well. The home was beautiful and had incredible views.

We had a great stay! The house is very nice and easy to get to. We arrived after dark and the owners made sure the lights were on for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Our goal was a slower paced Chattanooga trip with 1st and 3rd graders while staying close to city attractions. We absolutely found it with this home! You're a couple minutes from Ruby Falls and close to everything else in the city. The added bonus was the kids simply enjoying playing in the yard with all the natural rock formations. The campfire pit was a huge hit with the girls as well. I would definitely recommend this rental for families.

Great place close to a lot of things to do. Drive was difficult with large trucks. Outside space was nice to have.

Elegant appointments, beautiful views. My children love hopping the rocks in the yard and I loved sipping coffee watching the leaves fall. Such a refreshing time!

The house is nicely finished and the kitchen has everything you would need. The house is ideally located at the bottom of the trail to sunset rock.
