It was spacious as we stayed there wth our parents could all sit and have food together. Also, all had their own rooms, but they were very comfy, and all was happy. Will go there again and will recommend 👌

Could not connect to the blue tooth for music. Was asked to pay to watch the channel on tv/ Netflix. Also, I could not find the board games ??

Lovely, clean, stylish period property in a fab location! This place is definitely worth considering to book if you are looking for somewhere to stay as a family or group of friends. It’s spacious, the decor is modern, there’s a well equipped kitchen, nice toiletries, bath robes, massive cozy couch and comfy beds. The hosts are easy to communicate with and the instructions to get into the property are clear. There’s one parking space but a car park right behind the property too. The centre of town is less than a 5 min walk away. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location for railway station and bus station and to walk in to Harrogate

Considering this was classed as a luxury apartment, there were a few issues, no information pack, no instructions for oven or heating etc, oven needs a good clean as still has bits in it from previous occupancy, dirty dishes in cupboard’s, socket hanging off in lower basement bedroom, musty smell in bathroom in basement and the whole apartment would benefit from a deep clean.

The location is excellent, very close to the shops, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a weekend away.

Good location, clean and comfortable apartment

Very low water pressure meant poor showers and use of baths virtually impossible. Radiator not working in en-suite room. Not the fault of the host but a car alarm sounded in the car park every morning at 2.30am waking us up. Couldn't trace the owner.

Fab location, beautiful spartment, very stylish, quirky in design.

Pillows were a bit lumpy for us, which aasxa shame as beds very comfy. Water pressure not great, so had to stagger showers, baths and washing up.

HG1 is in the perfect location on the edge of the town within short walking distance from the bus and railway stations. Plenty of different international restaurants to chose from, the apartment is very well equipped so take aways are not a problems, 3 large very comfortable bedrooms with a nice sized single bedroom for a good night's sleep.

After unlocking the door the stairs down to the ground floor bedrooms are directly in front of you, we had our 6 year old grandaughter with us who is very adventurous and we had concerns about her falling down them, but all was okay. I don't know if this has been mentioned previously and a problem to overcome, perhaps a hinged barrier of some form which could be dropped across the top of the stairs when young children are present and retained in upright position when not required.

Location was central. Furniture and finished good quality. Nice touches like Prosecco on arrival and dressing gowns.

Water pressure was poor in showers. Damp in one bathroom downstairs.

Lovley and comfortable, lots of space for the whole family. Appreciated the complimentary bottle of Procecco! We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was amazing, beautifully decorated with amazing facilities. Great comms from the hosts and pricing saved us money on buying separate hotel rooms 10/10 - a fantastic experience.

The location, the interior, the welcome prosecco and the facilities were everything we could wish for. You literally do not need to bring anything with you. They have everything and more than most homes. We loved everything , one extremely small point as advice would be to stagger showers and baths to ensure strong water flow

it’s a little hard to find the property in the beginning.

Extremely clean and tidy. Newly refurbished and Morden style. Contact with staff before and after stay was really good and excellent customer service. Especially when one of the party left some belongings, they were found and returned within a few days of our departure at no extra cost. Excellent location close to the centre or Harrogate and ideal for train station. 1 parking space to rear of property with alternative payable parking very close by.

The water pressure in the appartment could be improved, took an extremely long time to fill the bath and if more than one tap running it was difficult to use another tap at the same time as a trickle of water would come out. The apartment is situated on the ground floor into the basement of the property with residential appartments above so you need to be mindful of noise levels.
