TV wasn’t working. Owner asked me to watch Netflix on my phone or laptop, internet was very poor too.

What I enjoyed about the location, is that you can walk to Time Square and enjoy the restaurants and casino if needed. There is a small mall next to the property, with really nice restaurants and you can walk there as well. We previously stayed at Time Square, for me the room (small apartment) is better, with its layout, interior, kitchen, and the room itself. The property key was collected at reception, super easily and reception also received parcels on my behalf from Take Alot. THANK YOU Reception! Mpume picked us up from the airport. Which we really appreciate. We used Uber to get to where we needed to go. Also used an Uber to take us back to Airport.

What I did not like, was when I searched for properties, I filtered "airport shuttle Services" and Menlyn came up, but when I booked, they did not offer the service, but it was not so bad, Mpume made effort and picked us up from the airport. THANK YOU Mpume. I would recommend getting the Uber App, it's so easy and convenient (make sure your bank cards is working in SA)

Because I’ve stayed there before I had some expectations, cleanliness, comfort, convenience and friendly staff - that is exactly what I got. Lastly, the location is great.

The staff were very kind and professional, the apartment was exactly what I was looking for, everything was working I didn’t have to contact the staff for any other assistance and finally the location was perfect.

Only disappointment was when they didn’t clean my apartment despite me requesting that they do.

The room was immaculate and felt like home away from home. It was nice and comfortable especially for a cold winter night. The aircon in the room kept the entire place warm and cozy. The view of the Times Square casino and Menlyn Maine area was great to see especially at night with all the lights on. The building was peaceful and quiet so was able to get a good night's sleep with no disturbances. The restaurant at the building was also pretty good and had friendly staff and quick service.

I’d rather move the air con to the lounge as the electric blanket was perfect but that does not diminish the quality of service and stay

- the view -unit arrangement -bathroom -smell in unit -cleaned unit -quick reaction of host by email

- no toaster - microwave made noise - fridge made noise and the freezer was not in proper temp for freezing meet ( very important) - no plug adaptor for hair dryer and no proper place to put - no safe box
