We've stayed in Princeville a few times and the location of this house was great. We had one minor issue and I was in touch with the property manager who quickly resolved the problem.

Super well appointed home in quiet Princeville. Beautiful open concept kitchen/dining/living/lanai with zen vibes. Great relaxing and calming place to stat after busy days of adventure.

We enjoyed a few quiet days at this breezy house in a residential neighborhood. Short drive down to Hanalei bay as well as nearby beaches.

We absolutely loved this house with its open air living areas, stocked kitchen, and hot tub! All the accessories you need for the beach and the bikes were fun to ride as an added bonus. Super clean and comfortable beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time staying at Teri's property... the photos online don't quite do it justice. We enjoy the pool and amazing sunsets, as well as being closely situated to beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. As a host, Teri was extremely responsive and accommodating and made sure that we had the best time possible. Thank you again for everything, hope to visit Maui and stay here again sometime soon!

Nice getaway, 5 minute walk to the Queens Bath trail (0.2 mile trail). Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Will stay here again if were back in town

This house was perfect for us in every way! We loved the neighborhood and the house is beautiful. Having beach accessories and a cooler made a huge difference in being able to enjoy our time out and about each day at different beaches. The bikes were also a huge hit for our family, as well. The house is open, comfortable, and you feel so relaxed when sitting in the lanai. I absolutely loved being here and Susan was always helpful. Thank you so much!

This was a gorgeous property - our group was three couples and there was plenty of room for us all! We each had our own rooms and bathrooms and the common spaces were great. We loved waking up early and having coffee on the lanai while listening to the birds. We occasionally had some lizard visitors, but they didn’t stick around long. The place was perfect for our group and well-stocked for any activity! We can’t wait to come back.

Our family of three had a wonderful week long stay at this home. The property is exactly as described online, and the lanai was utter perfection. The location is ideal for reaching Hanalei and Princeville. It is very close to Foodland and other shops and restaurants. We had a great time snorkeling at Hideaways beach, only 5 mins drive from the house (and also bikeable). The house was well outfitted with snorkeling gear, bikes and boogie boards, all of which we used around the area. Communication with with the owners was easy and prompt if we had any questions. Can't wait to return!

Kitchen is well stocked with anything you can think of for cooking. The rooms are simple and comfortable (and all have their own bathroom!). And the hot tub was a big hit with my cousin’s 12 year old daughter. :) Susan was great with communication and avail of we needed help(we didn’t!). Oh and all the beach gear you can dream of was an added bonus!

Overall I would recommend this property as it is in a great location and the property owner/manager was quick to respond to questions. The common area is very nice for 4 - 6 people if needed and the hot tub, outside shower, and random beach-related equipment was very handy. The reason I gave this property 4 stars was because of a few things. 1) There was a mild/medium must-mold small in the guest bedroom that never went away. 2) It was not clear where to park when we arrived. We contacted the host and they were pretty quick to respond, but we were in limbo during night 1. 3) The main room does not close off from the outside and it was 60* at night during the first two nights (we stayed here in December). We also noticed that water was getting into the main room and then we realized there were plastic flaps we could fold down from the outside. This is didn't help the colder temp's but it did at least stop the rain (we have to discover this on our own as it was not mentioned or documented anywhere). 2 out of 3 of our issues would likely have been already solved if it were April or May when we visited, so worth calling that out. Overall I think this was still a great spot to stay and was very cool/fun to experience.

This home is in a beautiful community called Princeville. It is a true tropical haven. Surrounded by so much beautiful foliage and tropical plants. And the view of the mountains off the lanai are breathtaking. The home has a huge open space to gather And to make fabulous memories with your family. The beds are all very comfortable. The home is so clean and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. Very peaceful surroundings and a nice hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking and Adventuring! Close proximity to Hanalei and the Napali coast. Also to the grocery store and cute shops! Henry and Susan were amazing hosts. Easy to communicate with whenever I needed information. Also, want to thank them for working with us for two years rescheduling during the Covid crisis and were so accommodating. Thank you so much and hope to return again soon!!!

Terrific space in a beautiful neighborhood in Princeville. We both walked and biked (using the house bikes) to Hideaways, the Sea Lodge beach, and Queen's bath. Susan was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms had everything we needed for our family of 5. The bedrooms had good A/C that we used at night when sleeping. The main room has an open floor plan with a screened in Lanai. It literally feels like you are outside, but without the bugs. It was magical to wake up with a clear view of the mountains and the fresh air in the kitchen. In the afternoon, this room could be a little warm. But mornings and evenings were fine.

Beautiful, private and room for everyone. We cooked dinner while we were there each night. The house is down the street from Queen’s bath and close to beaches. They had bikes snd beach chairs, towels and coolers to use. We will definitely come back!

This place is fantastic. Beautiful indoor-outdoor vibe in the big, comfy main space. A big, well stocked and beautiful kitchen, three nice bedrooms, each with AC and their own bathrooms. Lots of thoughtful touches (beach stuff, stocked pantry, hot tub, grill, etc). The perfect home base for our vacation. Susan was a perfect host- very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
