Room service is just pathetic. If you accidentally ask for a tea, not sure you will get it or after reminding them after 30 mins they will say, not available. No doubt, it was offered cold too. There were many other issues which were highlighted at reception but never got attended.

No elevator

I liked the interior of the hotel, especially the rooms, they were having a very good brown theme that not only looked classy but was also comfy. Besides this, the hotel is at a prime location where all food cafes, restaurants, etc etc are easily accessible at walking distance so liked the location pretty much. Besides this, the best part was the view from the terrace that was free of cost and relaxing. The staff was polite enough.

The crockery they provided wasn't clean enough, tea cups had tea stains on it, the food inside the hotel wasn't good to the point I had tea and it was made more in water rather than milk, the outside local tea stalls sold good tea than the hotel and that too in half price of the hotel's tea. Sometimes service takes a bit more time but it's okay I understand the kitchen is at the top floor (5th) and there's no lift facility so it might take time to walk up down and i really appreciate the hardwork of the staff. The light was an issue there was a lot of power cut but there were generators that operated lights and fans the only mistake was that there was no generator operated charging point which is a must there should be atleast one plug slot that is connected to generator so that we can charge phones in emergency if there's a long power cut.
