Wow! This property was absolutely amazing and far exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice - the house is immaculate, extremely spacious, modern and has everything you could possibly need. Tammy was wonderful to work with. She was extremely accommodating and promptly responded to any questions. I highly recommend staying here for any group adventure in Siesta. The location is amazing - quick walk to the beach/drive to downtown.

We had a group of 12 and it was perfect. The house had everything we needed for the beach. Tammy thought of every detail. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had their own space. We will definitely be back!

The house has great amenities and super clean and has everything needed for an extended stay. Close to the beach with easy access. The pool onsite was great for the kids of all ages. Having a usable garage was great to keep the car cool during the day.

Everything at this property was in great shape. Very new high end appliances, great grill and outdoor area. Everything was very organized and labeled. Had a great time!! Greg N

We had 4 different families with 3 kids ranging from 1-4. Lots of space for everyone! The bottom bedroom is it’s own little apt which the one couple loved! The queen bedroom upstairs didn’t have a full bath or closet but it worked for the kids. This home has literally everything you’ll need for a week away! They had over 10 beach towels, all the beach necessities you would need, lots of small appliances in like new condition and many kitchen items not many homes provide for ex: spices, sandwich baggies, trash bags and more! They even had a nice high chair for our youngest! Tammy was amazing to work with. We had a few issues and she answered immediately and got everything taken care of! She gave a recommendation on where i could rent a crib for my 1 year old and it was perfect. We Would definitely recommend this home and any other homes that Tammy has for rent! We will definitely be back!

This condo was the perfect setup for our extended family with 5 children 5 and under. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of big bathrooms and huge kitchen island. Everything was so clean and organized when we arrived. We loved that there was everything we needed at the condo. Even a high chair and pack n play for our 9 month old. The beach wagons and umbrellas were so helpful and the kids loved playing with all of the toys at the beach and our private pool.

We had our three adults kids, their spouses and their children stay and we all felt that we had plenty of privacy and space to roam for quiet time. We also had the best time together as the unit provides plenty of space for all of us. Our single daughter had a mini apartment to herself in the lower level which she loved. The elevator was a huge plus! So many beach items to use and the pool was great. We used the outdoor grill which was awesome. Everything was clean and new. Can’t say enough good things, but would highly recommend.

My family (6 adults & 2 young kids) stayed at this property in early November of 2022 and we would definitely recommend it to others. This was our first time in Siesta Key. The condo was perfect for us and we all felt spoiled having our own big bedrooms and full bathrooms. The place was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The walk to the beach was a little bit of a nuisance having little kids and a lot of stuff to bring with (plus crossing a busy road), but it is definitely doable and nice to be able to have it so close. It was also very nice to have the wagon, chairs, towels, and toys provided. One plus to being located on a main road is that the trolley and shuttle buses stop often and we rarely had to drive anywhere in our rental. We had a few minor issues with the property upon arrival (keypad lock problems, shower drain backing up from sand), but Tammy was very responsive to any questions we had and promptly came to the property to fix any problems. We also experienced the remnants of Hurricane Nicole during our stay, and Tammy checked in on us often and was attentive to our needs with the power outage. Despite the weather not cooperating for a couple days, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property!

We will definitely come again to stay at siesta Key. The beach was a few steps away and there were many things to do in the area

We loved this well appointed spacious house! We have been vacationing on SK for 20+ years and now come down with our kids to visit grandparents who can come over and enjoy games and dinners in the big kitchen!

It was a wonderful week celebrating our 50th anniversary with family. The house was fantastic and about five minutes from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will return again

This is a beautiful well maintained home! We loved it! Close to the action and ocean-we had so much fun going to the beach everyday! It is so convenient! Tammy was so sweet to always be ready to help!

Had a great time. Short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was there. Home/townhouse was a beautiful and unique setup. Property management was very attentive to our questions.

We loved our stay in Siesta Key! This home was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! They had everything you could ask for on your vacation! The kitchen was well stocked with items and the pantry was huge! It was so nice to be able to store all of our groceries where we could easily see what he had! The 2 rooms that show pull out sofas have been upgraded to queen beds which was perfect! We knew we booked it with pull out sofas and were extremely happy to have beds instead! The garage was perfect to keep our one rental car in so it didn’t get so hot and there was still plenty of other parking. They had plenty of beach chairs and beach toys, noodles and that sort of thing. They had 2 wagons to take all your stuff to the beach. There is a trolley stop right outside the home which made it super convenient to go to the village. The other nice thing was upon arrival you are greeted with the owners and they go over the details of the home with you. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this property!!

Great place, great location. Beautiful beach.

This home is absolutely beautiful! There are so many qualities that this home has that made our family vacation incredible! We stayed for a week with my husband’s family and the space was more than accommodating (4 couples + 2 children; loved that each couple had their own bedroom with attached bath!). Having access to the private beach was amazing! (there is a gate code to access it which worked perfectly for us). There were so many fun and thoughtful “beach items” for us to use at the house such as a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, and toys. The pool and backyard was the perfect hangout when not at the beach! The layout of the home is really difficult to describe (something we were really wondering before our trip) - but once you’re there, it all makes sense! There is also a trolley stop right by the house, which we utilized often. Tammy was an extraordinary host and extremely responsive - she really made us feel welcome and comfortable! We already booked our trip back for next year, as this was the PERFECT beach vacation!

Plenty of room! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Having use of beach chairs, towels, pool toys, and other things was a great bonus. The property manager was very kind, and helpful.

My family of 5 had a very comfortable stay at this bright and clean property. The house was well appointed and spacious and was in a great location between the Village and the restaurants and shops less than a mile south of the property as well. The walk to the beach was not bad and the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas provided were a great touch. We did get questioned daily on the beach by employees of the beachfront resorts because, technically, we were not supposed to be utilizing their beach. The home's location only offers access to the beach through the resort property but not their beach. Some clarification on that would be good. We enjoyed the pool immensely as well as all the pool toys there for the kids. Be aware that the home is located on the busy road so you will get a lot of noise from that. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and the homeowners were responsive and helpful hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful house, highly recommended!

My family of eight stayed in this property for the month of February 2022. With five beds and five bathrooms we all had our space, as well as the private pool. The kitchen is large and updated and our hostess made sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. so nice to have paper products provided too! It was an easy walk to the beach with the provided chairs, umbrellas and towels.
