The apartment was as tidy as an expensive hotel room when we arrived. The kitchen is greatly equipped for all sorts of cooking and the game room saved the rainy days of the week. The pool area is great for sunbathing, and the sauna is comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms has its own clean toilet with a shower. Samuel (the landlord) answered quickly to all of our questions regarding the apartment with good English. When the apartment's blender turned out to be broken he bought and delivered a new one the same day, and a leaking sink was fixed within a day.

It was quite cold during the nights (around 15C) and there were only counterpanes as blankets in the beds. This is probably a problem only during the coldest winter months. Also there isn't a washing machine in the apartment, so you have to take your dirty clothes to a laundry in Las Palmas (6€ per wash + 4,5€ for drying as of 2/2023).

better directions and checkin details would have been helpful but we eventually found it after meeting several neighbours 🤣

We liked the play room, kids can enjoy it for hours. The front garden is spacious and clean. The facility for barbeque and pizza are great. Sauna snd fruit trees 👍 The owner has good english communication. Good value for money.

From the photos you would think that the whole house it's yours, but the big house on top is not included, it's just what's marked with the red line, the lower part. We went in January and we would prefer to heat up the swimming pool but that's not possible.

great accommodation for price. nice view. pool, chairs, grill, play room, everything what you need for holiday. owner is very friendly and helpful. He has a jacht and can take you for trip around the island, which was highlight of our holiday. bus, shop, etc 10minutes by walk.
