Good location and room. Staff are helpful, however this does not make up for the experience detailed below.

I could not check in at the appointed time (13 September 2am - 3am). No keys were left at reception and security staff could not get any of the management by mobile despite numerous attempts. I had to make alternative arrangements at my cost and time. I visited the site later in the afternoon of 13 September to check in. I experienced problems paying for the room by card as the card machine had malfunctioned, allegedly. I got cash and paid for the room. On checking my bank statement on my return home I discovered that the payment had gone through and taken from my bank. I have emailed the site requesting a refund. Should I not receive it, I will start legal action.

I like the fact there were amenities around were very useful. One can just take a walk, even the kololi beach resort opposite was also useful for breakfast and the use of the beach.

The WIFI went down on us during our stay, no internet access for nearly 24hr. We were told it was a technical issue, but when the company arrived they informed us it was payment issue. This should have been checked before our arrival. The toilet got blocked on us. The kids and even myself could not use it. I informed the reception around 8:30am when I left for my meeting but it was only around 11am to 12noon when the cleaner arrived to clean that it got resolved. That was very upsetting as my kids needed the bathroom and it was unhygienic. I also mentioned it was an emergency before leaving. I would advise the owner to send a real plumber to check the toilet as it seems like this has happened before because one guy just came with a plunger and unblocked it. This will happen again to other customer if not properly checked.

Vriendelijke mensen. De paar kleine mankementjes aan het appartement werden na melding snel opgelost. Vlakbij restaurants, wisselkantoortjes en strand. Appartement heeft alle nodige voorzieningen. Het zwembad was enkele dagen buiten dienst maar we mochten in het hotel aan de overkant gaan zwemmen.

De geluidsoverlast van de buren en de generator. Wij sliepen aan de noordzijde van het complex vlak bij de generator. Djembes en DJs tot soms 7.00 uur 's morgens. Kan de eigenaar weinig aan doen maar het is voor ons de belangrijkste reden niet meer in de buurt van senegambia te logeren. Andere tips: het terrasje van dit appartement kan best wat gezelliger ingericht worden.

The location is excellent for those wanting to be in the tourist area and have the freedom of apartment living instead of a hotel room. Building maintenance was helpful in addressing some issues with the room. Management was working with the owner to repair the apartment prior to other occupancy.

We stayed in Apt F2. The manager of the apartments in this building is not the owner of the apartment which is typical of many apartments in the building. (The front desk is able to coordinate with the owners). Someone stayed in the apartment for 6 months and didn't report the water damage to the sink cabinet which splintered the fake wood and allowed mold growth. As soon as we entered we could smell and see mold. The building maintenance was able to replace a moldy leaky drain hose and tightened the faucet - water was spraying against the wall when turned on. The owner didn't reduce any price for unacceptable conditions. After 11 nights in the apartment, where we sprayed bleach spray to make it smell better, we have returned home with foul smelling laundry from the moldy environment. We only stayed because we used the place only to sleep. If we had been traditional tourists it would not have been acceptable and holiday season is difficult to obtain other lodging.

Appartement correct et bien équipé.

Rapport qualité prix à revoir. Je trouve que c’est très cher pour un appartement/hotel qui n’a pas de restaurant ni de supermarché à proximité. Je n’ai pas compris aussi pourquoi pour un touriste sénégalais, ils passent par l’euro pour convertir enfin en dalasi. Et le fait de payer 4% de taxe si tu veux payer par carte bancaire.

Fantastic accommodation and stay at forest view apartments. You get that home from home feeling with a bit grandeur Everything about this apartment and location was perfect for our needs. The beachfront located down the road from Chinese constructed convention centre pass the security guards, who do a excellent job was perfect. Shops and local bakery are located around the corner ( turn left from entrance pass the security guards up the sandy road) you can order English breakfast and shop for any utility products or food you may need for your apartment) staff and receptionist named Malong Jorju were friendly, understanding and very helpful. All in all a Brilliant stay and would recommend to anybody.

DIDN'T... all i can say is, " I didn't want to leave". Just remember when you open your apartment door run inside and shut the door because those mosquitoes will beat you to it. Luckily they have nets covering windows.

Everything is perfect here such a relaxing place. Friendly helpful staff. This my second stay here this year and will not want to go anywhere else now.
