Any closet for storing things..you have to have clothes on the floor. Breakfast very poor - only 2 options (meet with rice or omelette with 2 toasts). Any fruit or juice..just instant coffee or water. A lot of noise from the street.

In booking.comtold airporr transfer is part of services which is why i chose.bambu suites. It turned out itsbis not free. Also i was confirmed.for booking for 1 queen bed but when i arrived i was told they arr giving me twin beds instead.if a queen bed since the staff said ghey have not updated booking.,om info. No coordination between.light staff and early morning staff Morning staff were not informed about my airport transfer. But it was remedied immediately by.mornjng staff. Senior citiEn discount.for the resto is not implemented. Staff had to.call the manager.on this. Should be automatic. Too far.from the city proper. Food is expensive There is.miscommunication between booking.com.and hotel

only one light and not bright light at all. unable to use the light to do make up coz it’s dark. have to use toilet cover to put your bathroom stuff. shower no door, no glasses or cup to use for brushing teeth ,tiny soap that doesn’t lather,small packet of shampoo for 2 nights, no desk for writing.

The room they gave me, was not clean, floor and bedside table was full of hair. Additional cleaning they did was better, but still not perfect. Not fresh coffee for breakfast.

It is clean and comfortable. AC and Hot Shower are both working. Bed is nice and soft. The staff are nice and it is near everything.

There's no restaurant available. They have a small Cafe but it closes early. And there's only a limited option of foods.

The room was quite small, there was only a small table, not enough place to put your staff, you have to put everything on the floor. There was a strange smell in the room, some kind of fustiness, but it was not possible to open the window. You cant pay by card. We asked the breakfast at 7:30 and we got that after 8. Anyway, the staff was kind.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, this has been so far our favorite stay in Puerto! Rooms are clean and the bed is super comfy!

Perhaps a small cabinet in the room for placing our bags would be nice!

The breakfast was wonderful! Consistent, well portioned, delicious and just the thing to start the day well. Served promptly on the rooftop al fresco, just put in your order the day before. The room was very comfortable, very clean and no fuss. Although minimalist in ambiance, it was made warm and welcoming by genuine smiles and service from front and back of house. As guests who value consistency, minimalism, cleanliness, prompt genuine service, this was the perfect place for us!

The room was very clean. The AC is cool, making the room more comfortable to sleep. The bed is very comfy. The staff are all very nice, and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but very hearty accompanied by a great rooftop view of the early morning view. Will definitely book again in the future. Kudos to Bambu Suites!

If there were areas for improvement, that would be the internet connection. It's not that fast so I still used my data even if there is available wifi in the place. The cable channels are also very limited.

Bambu Suites was a great hotel for our two-night stay in Puerto Princesa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good. This hotel doesn't have much around within walking distance, so be prepared to have to hire a taxi or tricycle to go to eat, etc. They do have water refill station and hot water avaiable too.

Breakfast could be better.

Breakfast was great and served on time. The chef was so accommodating and was very nice. Location is close to Robinson's mall, although not in the airport. Room smells so fresh and bed was very comfortable. Laundry is available for a minimal fees.

I hope that the switch control for lights in the room is within reach, and a remote control for the aircon is available. No cabinet or drawer to keep your personal stuff and limited space to hang your clothes. Wi-fi connection is weak at times especially during night time. Hotel only accepts CASH, which was not mentioned in their website, so better bring cash with you.

Property is bit far from the city proper as well from the airport. Also, it should be mentioned that they are only accepting cash or gcash, NO CREDIT CARD.

noisy neighbors being it’s in the residential area. no trash can in the bathroom. the AC is not that cold in the room we stayed.
