Location is good

Facilities were poor and staff were unhelpful. A member of staff came into the dorm twice in the night (12:30am and 2:30am) and woke me up by talking very loudly to other people in the dorm. Don’t bother staying here.

The check in lady told me I don’t have a reservation even after showing her my confirmation. After 10 mins of insisting that I have a reservation, she finally was like oh yes, I missed it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I paid for a 4 bed dorm, I was put in a 6 bed dorm although, again, I showed her that my reservation is for a different dorm. The flush of toilet in my dorm didn’t work, there was toilet paper, there wasn’t even a trash can in the bathroom. Sadly, this is the only hostel in Baguio. If you’re backpacker, better to try an find a cheap Airbnb of hotel for your stay.

The staff are nice

Front desk are very approachable and friendly. Location is very good as it is near SM Baguio and Bus terminal

The housekeeping staff (old woman) was very rude. we are a family of 6 in the same room but the housekeeping just barged inside our room without knocking and went straight to get the trash bin and told us that we are checking out (9am). I'm not sure if it's natural for the staff to go inside the room without knocking and peeking in the windows. I hope you train your staff well. Restroom is old and not that clean. Internet connection is not consistent.

Will it's not the fault of the management. One particular guest I didn't like. Cause he was inconsiderate to others. Arrogant in short. During my stay. But all others, very good

Comfy bed, pillows and blanket! Good location.

The accomodations and staff are clean and friendly, its best for solo backpackers and the bus terminal is outside the hostel, good job!
