Steve and Shawn were extremely welcoming. The room I stayed at had an awesome view and a comfortable desk. The food was delicious, especially the cookies, but the atmosphere really made everything perfect. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. A very calming B&B overall. Loved every minute of my stay.

Steve and Shawn are wonderful Innkeepers and we are looking forward to a return visit! Breakfast was exceptional every day. The location was great, and our room was overlooking the harbor. Parking was convenient and safe. We were so comfortable.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to area restaurants and sights! The proprietors are lovely and the grounds have ample space to relax in the garden shade or in the sun.

Beautiful location across from the marina and waterfront restaurants. Easily walkable for dining and to shops and the boardwalk along the Patuxent River. Close to the Tiki Bar which is lively, but was not too loud.

Breakfast was superb. Shawn put a lot of time and effort into the three course meal, and said effort resulted in plenty of tasty food. House itself is what a classic B&B should be in terms of looks and ambiance. Shawn and Steven were wonderfully engaging hosts.

If there was any problem at all, it was our room. Located on the top floor of the building it could only be reached by two flights of stairs (the latter rather steep - I am 79 and my wife is 69 years old). Additionally, since the room was essentially the attic there was a plethora of angled ceilings. One had to be careful not to bump your head into them. My wife and I anticipate returning to Solomon's Victorian Inn sometime into the future, but we will opt for a lower level room.

Perfect weekend getaway. Lovely place, great breakfast and exceptionally clean.
