everything, the pool was excellent and very clean, the room was perfect view.

Seriously wish I knew about this place years ago. I spoke with alot of folks that have been coming for decades. We learning it's trying into a senior complex.

Nothing really. The grounds needed some care, but what is the point if it's closing.

The marina view was very nice as well as the location on Solomans! The room was spacious as well (King room with sofa bed).

The WiFi was down the entire time and I had planned to work some while there.

I had stayed there at least twice a year while my son was at St. Mary's college and the place was pretty much as remembered. The bed was absolutely fabulous but the pillow were too firm.

It was disappointing that the outside bar was not in operation. It was also a major bummer that there was no internet service because I was unable to do some planned work. Also, most hotels offer at least one bottle of free water. It was somewhat frustrating that the in room coffee maker did not work.

Nice experience

The carpet was very dirty. The bed and everything else was really good. The best part was the service I got from Beth. I didn't get to see her while I was there, but she gave exceptional customer service, when I needed to change/add to my reservation. Thank you !!

Although we waited over an hour for our room to be cleaned, our restroom "Wreaked" of urine!! The first floor halls had debris strewn about and the restrooms were filthy! So sad! Additionally, I clearly left my cell phone charger plugged in the outlet. Yet when I called to ask for it's return, the desk agent stated that they couldn't find it! What a shame!!

We had 2 rooms. In 506 it smelled like urine (it was obvious someone had an accident on the floor between the beds) and there were lots of black curly hairs in the bathroom. In 505, the bed had been moved off of the metal frame which left a 4 inch piece to become an ankle hazard. (My daughter and I lifted and put the mattress back in place to avoid injury). The lamp between the beds did not work. Wifi was down. One older lady at the front desk on Friday was so “cold” that she didn’t acknowledge when I said good afternoon to get her attention. A lady in the dining room on Sat morning was lovely. (older black woman who got us plastic spoons and talked about her grandkids).

The outdoor pool was wonderful. We enjoyed walking downtown and combing the beaches for shark's teeth. For young children, Flag's Pond beach (and visitors center) is a fun, close destination.

WiFi was out during our stay. The 2 elevators were not working up to the 5th floor, so we had to walk down the stairs to the 4th floor and pick up the elevator there, that was inconvenient. Even though breakfast was mentioned when I made the reservation when we to the restaurant the night before to check if we needed a reservation we were told that breakfast was only served on Saturdays and Sundays, we were there Sun/Mon so we were out of luck. They were minor things but overall still added up to less service than we expected

I paid extra for a non smoking suite. When we checked in the suite definitely had been smoked in. We were moved to another regular room but I still paid extra for the suite.

The staff was friendly, pool was wonderful and the room was very nice.

Hot water was hit or miss in the room and it's a shame that the restaurant wasn't open the days we were there.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

We have no complaints, other than the hotel charged for breakfast, unlike Hampton Inn and Holiday In
