Lifturile foarte incete si aglomerate, piscina deschisa doar pana la 6, camerele micute si cam prost izolate fonic, se aude din camera in camera.

Meals were various and tasty, fish, meat and seafood were available. The hotel is renovated and clean. The room service is good, instead of the cards that you should hang on the door knobs to ask for a room service or not, there are 2 buttons. Looks really nice and very convenient to use. It's about 10 mins walking distance to the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you to the manager who gave us a lift to the bus station! (It's not far, so you can walk there) Good price, good hotel and location is great, I would recommend it.

Of course, there's a shuttle to the hotel's beach, but it's not better than beach 4. You have to pay for water at beach 15 (the hotel's one) and if you go to Alanya it's better to go to beach 4, 'cause the sand is better there and the view is much better either. The turkish bath seemed to be open, but it was cold inside, 20-22 degrees above 0. And we were told that was fine. One of the two bar tenders seemed to be irritated by everyone.

Hotel was very clean,  very clean room very good facility. Staff are very nice and it is a very good location. Five minutes walk to the beach or they have bus shuttle service. Nice quiet street shops restaurant nearby

Не претензии, а скорее пожелания- неплохо бы в номере установить хоть какой-нибудь шкаф с полочками для одежды. Ну и номера, выходящие на дорогу,шумноваты

Отдыхаем в отеле второй раз спустя 2 года качество обслуживания осталось на довольно высоком уровне.

I was upgraded to a family room on the top floor even though I was a solo traveler so my review of the room is based on what is kind of a suite for me. It had 2 balconies, one with a nice view of the sea and one of the mountains. I prefer a wardrobe closet with drawers instead of shelves and on open clothes rack but that was adequate. The room, bathroom and bed were all comfortable although the lightening in the bathroom dim. The staff were nice although not cheery except for the guys at the reception. The meals are good, varied and of good quality and the wine okay. But don’t expect steaks, hamburgers or typical Turkish meats although every meal served large grilled fish (probably farmed and frozen), The hotel in general is very modern, comfortable, clean. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk but if you want to use the free beach, it is a 30 minute walk so best to use the free hotel shuttle. At the free beach, drinks are not free, 6 Euro for a glass of wine and 50 Turkish lira to use toilet. The beaches are nice with easy in and out on shallow sandy beaches. For me as a solo traveler it was a good value for a modern, comfortable hotel with good food and so can recommend it for a stay in Antalya near the beaches.

Dim lighting in bathroom with not convenient towel racks. Besides having to take a shuttle on a schedule to the beach, a very nice place to stay.

Небольшие мелочи, не повлиявшие на наш отдых.

Персоналът е много дружелюбен. Храната е много вкусна и разнообразна. Удобен трансфер до плажа.

The hotel has a great location, in the center of the city, so you can enjoy swimming and other "beach" activities but also, take a nice walk, go shopping and have a great time in this gorgeous city. The beach is around 20 min of a slow walk (flat). But there is also a transfer organized by the hotel, from the hotel to the beach and in other directions, several times a day, very punctual (in a minute). The hotel itself is modern, new, very clean, and super nice. The pool area is clean, maybe not big for the hotel's capacity but in September it was not crowded and everyone enjoyed the activities. The food is excellent, with several main dishes (international), salads, cakes, sweets, fruits and drinks. Something for everyone. People who are critising food I really do not understand what they expect, to have 152554451 main dishes and deserts??? Staff: kind and friendly. Big kiss and hug to Yusuf from the reception and cleaning ladies. Happy to help not only with standard services but also with additional requests.

Area for attention, even though this did not influence the overall score, I do believe that for this price Ramira Joy deserves a rate of 10. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be repaired and cleaned (rust and dirt). I believe this will be done during the slow season.

Oh what can I say, we just loved Ramira joy. It was very good value for money. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is top notch. Food is amazing with a wide variety. We stayed as a group of three families and loved every minute of it, from the moment we arrived to the minute we were leaving. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone

Can't really lay a finger on anything we didn't like

The food was good.

1. For a 4-star hotel lack of variety on desserts and same breakfast every day 2. Fruits were not a good quality 3. hard mattresses 4. the call for prayer can be heard from 5 o'clock in the morning, because the hotel is closed to 2 mosques 5. we had noisy neighbours that broke the glass of the door and the people from the reception were calling them in the middle of the night, which we heard and could not sleep well

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The rooms got cleaned everyday and the hotel overall is clean. The location is great, it’s close to the city centrum. The price is very good for what you get.

2nd visit to ramira joy, great hotel. Room excellent with amazing view, food is delicious and lots of choice, super fresh. lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Best part are the staff who are all really friendly & helpful. Special mention to all the guys in the bar who gave us fantastic service. Have been to Alanya many times and this is my favourite hotel by far.

small thing but as a vegetarian I would have liked a bit more choice of hot dishes but there are loads of salads and the food is great so I still really enjoyed it.

great location. beach 10 min walk. Hotel’s beach is 20 min walk or you can use the shuttle. Great selection of food, very efficient staff, clean rooms and immaculate pool.

if you don’t drink alcohol, you are limited to very cheap soft drinks. Turkish tea is only available during meals, juices are extra. fresh juices are €2 extra. To use the safe in your room, it’s $2 a day.

Exceptional staff, very very friendly & polite. Great food & drinks. Room was really up to standard and expectation. 10-15min walk to old town. Had a great time at this hotel and would visit again if traveling to same area. Thank you everyone at Ramira Joy for making our holiday a good time!

Central location. Very nice staff. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. The massage was amazing. One night we had live music by the pool, we liked it! There's a shuttle to the beach but its also nice to walk for about 15-20 minutes. We received new bottles of water every day.

We didnt always like the food. Luckily the menu changes every day so if you don't like it one day, you might like it the other days.

Good location, good food, kind personal.

Some mattresses on the beach was screaming ;"Wash me!" and for me bed was too hard and pillow too soft in the hottel, but that is very individual and it's impossible to find something what fits for everyone.

The food and drinks were good the bar staff were excellent great value for money

Breakfast was a little repetitive and the very very loud call to prayer was irritating especially at 5am
