Very cheap, in a nice part of the town, when you are looking for a place for just one night, it does the job done.

Very nice location, host is great and available at any time to answer your questions. That was great that facilities were able to be used (kitchen) and several things provided (ron, sopa, shamoo for example). Independent key is given to be flexible. I would come back if I have stuff to do in the area, which is also feeling very safe. The quality/price is very interesting. Thanks for your welcome and see you another time maybe.

I liked just every detail of it! The placement is in such a lovely English neighbourhood where is very pleasant and there's a park nearby. A bed is big and comfy! Owners offer tea/coffee/biscuits and a kettle at the bedside table. There are bus/subway stations nearby. During night is quietly and nothing bothers your sleep. Riccardo & Stefano are very welcoming and their house is beautiful as well as their cat! You can use any kitchenware at the kitchen to cook. On the day I left there was a heavy rain so I got offered an umbrella as a gift, I really appreciate that! That's too sweet of the hosts :) I can't be more happy with my one-day stay in London!

Massive thank you to Riccardo and Stefano for providing a lovely room in a nice, quiet neighbourgood. Had a really enjoyable stay, the free parking was a massive bonus and the bed was very comfortable. Nice shower too! Only a 10 minute walk to either Rotherhithe Overground Station or Canada Water, so the location is incredibly convenient.

Location, room was only OK not loverly,

Having to share the bathroom, no dressing gowns offered, No TV in the room as the one in the lounge was being watched all the time by the host's, Having to take your shoes off before going up stairs in stocking feet which was dangerous on polished wood staircase, they should provide over shoes. The steps outside are dangerous not up to HSE regulations I slipped and hurt my back when they where wet. We felt trapped in our room and never offered anything to do with the kitchen facilities. The fact that the house is totally shared with the hosts should be the first thing in the description
