very modern and spacious. Quiet location

master bedroom only had a double bed ( rather than a king) which was disappointing. Too hot in the master bedroom in summer- would benefit from a fan.

I liked the interior layout of the property, things were in good places! The dining table was a neat touch next to the back garden area and the kitchen was lovely too. Having an option of 3 bedrooms with one having a bathroom attached was very nice too. Another nice touch was the distance between the sofa downstairs and the TV, it was not too close nor too far from one another. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great too! Overall, the property was great and we really enjoyed our stay here!

A few of the silverware and plates did not appear to be clean, but we tried not to use these ones. Another nitpick of mine is the fact that the house did not have any AC, I was aware of this so it was not something that I went into blind. If there was AC, it would be nice, however it is not needed of course. I was not a big fan of the blinds as they did not appear to function well (particularly in the en-suite bedroom) and the curtains didn’t do the greatest of jobs in keeping light out.

The property was fabulous, the design was great and fitted us perfectly for what we needed. Excellent location for our trip to Alton towers with plenty of food options around.
