The complex is great, it has a lovely pool and the grounds are immaculate. It is in a good area convenient for shops,beach and a few bars.

We really enjoyed our 2nd stay in this very comfortable condo. Bright and spacious and in a very lovely location across from the boardwalk. Hosts very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nice apartment in excellent location. Having stayed in a number of other apartments in the complex, the only comment would be that the kitchen and bathrooms are a bit tired and need some updating, otherwise great space.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. There was everything we needed to be able to live comfortably for the time that we were there for. Our host Dimitri was very welcoming and made contact on our first day to check that we had arrived and were settled. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning unit in our bedroom but Dimitri was very quick in getting it resolved for us.
This is our second stay at Margate Gardens and we love it there because it’s a peaceful paradise very close to restaurants and other amenities and the beach is just over the road. We'd happily request to book this apartment again and want to thank Dimitri for a most comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at Margate Gardens. Host was amazing and the listing was on point. Hoping to make this our permanent vacation rental. You can’t ask for a better location, beach right across the street and a small mall next door. Awesome food within walking distance. My family had a blast!!🏝️🏝️🏖️🏖️

Very nice apartment. Floors and bathrooms could have been cleaner when we arrived. No cleaning service so we did ourselves which was fine could have used a better floor mop then was supplied.
No phone for local calls., which is always a bonus.

This was an extremely comfortable property in lovely surroundings and very close to shops and beaches. It provided everything we required for a great holiday and we would thoroughly recommend it. We would love to return but unfortunately it was heavily booked for the dates we wanted so we will have to be far quicker next time.

The entire process could not be easier and provided great confidence for an excellent experience. Everything was arranged and coordinated satisfactorily and unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I would recommend this listing without hesitation for all the above plus the security of location. Thank you‼️

LeeAnne and Dimitri were perfect hosts for our stay in their apartment. The entire experience pre-booking to occupancy was smooth. The apartment is clean, spacious and wonderful. The pool and garden ambience is also nice. All goods things. I would definitely book again and highly recommend their accommodation.

Everything was fine à small problem with the stove but owner did all he could it could not have been expected we just found that the kitchen accessories were very limited and doors would need a little upgrade or ajustment but I would go back any time
