Came here with our adult kids. House was very nice. Conveniently located to all of Pigeon Forge's attractions. Short drive to Gatlinburg. Great communication with property manager/owner. Thank you so much.

Very nice cabin, great location, close to Dollywood and Parkway without being too close so u get peace and quiet. Martin was great to work with.

Very well maintained home in a nice neighborhood. I wish we can stay longer.

The cabin was spotless and it was also in a very convenient location not very far from the strip!

Loved our stay, the rental was extremely clean and well suited for my Family. My kids are all young adults with partners, all together we had three couples and my 18 y/o son and we had more than enough room to suit all of us comfortably. The location was fantastic, centrally located to Dolly Wood and everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Martin’s place is absolutely amazing for adults and for school-age or older children! However, it is not easy to relax there if you bring a toddler, solely because of the stairs. The basement staircase which starts in the kitchen, and the stairs to the upstairs/2nd level, do not have doors. Also, there isn’t ANY good way to arrange the existing furniture to block off the entrances to the stairs; I pondered that the entire first day we arrived. I’ve actually had to block stairways at other Vrbo rentals in the past, but at this site once entrance is very wide, and a furniture piece large enough to block either stairway would obstruct the walkway or the living area/doors too much. So we purchased 2 baby gates that were pressure mounted, so as not to damage the walls, but even then the basement stairs were still a danger, as pressure mounted gates are NOT a sole solution for the top of a staircase. So we put dining chairs in front of the gate, just to buy enough time to grab our son if he went toward the gate. Again, this is a particular complaint in regards to toddlers or very young children, and aside from that the house is AWESOME. It is in a GREAT location with super easy access to all of the Parkway attractions. But if we hadn’t been able to purchase the particular baby gates that we found at the nearest Walmart, we would have spent the entire time defending the staircase from our toddler gaining access to them, and would have spent all our time outside of the house.

The cabin was beautiful. There were a couple incidents with broken chairs. And i do believe in safety strips in the bathtubs for seniors. Would i rent again .yes
