En aquest establiment hi entres amb contrasenya, i durant les 5 nits no vaig tenir cap contacte personal amb ningú, sols per missatges de whatsApp. En el moment d'entrar hi habia la persona de neteja. No m'agraden aquest tipus d'hotels. En el moment de la reserva no deia res d'això. Si ho hagués sabut no l'hauri escollit per aquest motiu.

Perfectly located in Hermanus, very central. Rooms were neat and clean very cozy. Beds very comfortable. Ample secure parking. We arrived later than expected, however access to the property was smooth and easy. Extremely accommodating host and friendly.
Not much not to like, we had a minor unforeseen hiccup with the hot water, which Wilmarie swiftly resolved (took less than 30min), so big ups to her.

It was perfect for my needs. Cleanliness is always high on my priority list and this room didn't disappoint. They were booked out when I stayed, and yet I never heard any noise from other guests - it was very peaceful! Oh! Very importantly, the property is equipped to deal with load shedding by having an inverter that powers the Wi-Fi, TV, and lights while the power is out.
This is purely subjective, but I found both single beds in my room very hard. My preference is a soft/medium soft mattress. But again, purely subjective as some people prefer a firmer mattress, so I completely acknowledge that the owners can't please everyone's personal taste 100% of the time.

Location was good, we had no issues and I would recommend it to anyone.
The only issue was the iron. It kept tripping the power while we were ironing our clothes and we could not finish ironing.

Tolle Unterkunft in Hermanus. Wir hatten alles, was wir für eine Nacht benötigten. Die Kommunikation ist super und man bekommt im Vorhinein alle Infos, die man für den Check-in braucht. Die Parkplätze sind mit einem Tor gesichert. Die Zimmer sind schön und praktisch eingerichtet und man hat eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Zimmer.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Always having WiFi and lights is great and overall would definitely come back there. Bed linen clean and super comfy atmosphere and room setup.
Nice to have Netflix and a tv.
Only thing that was a small problem was that sometimes there was no hot water

Thank you Wilmarie for a wonderful room. The room offers everything you need. It's neat, clean, modern and functional. Safe & secure parking area. Inverter that ensure a seemless transition during loadshedding. The location is central. Stayed at Hermanus Guest Rooms for 7 days and it was well worth the stay here. Excellent!!!

There were no shower caps in the room, I had to use a towel to cover my braids while taking a shower.

It was clean.
Only provided coffee, sugar, with very little milk. After our 9 hour travel, we needed tea desperately. Also, the room very small for 2 people, sadly you can hear the road traffic clearly.

You can still take a hot shower.
The heated bed sheets are also a plus for the cold weather.

Overall everything was very clean & tidy, nice bed, clean shower, very secure parking
If the rooms had full DSTV, my overall rating would have been 200%
I think it will just make the stay so much more enjoyable and really value for money.

Our stay here was great! Our room had everything we needed, free wifi, Netflix, a super comfortable queen size bed, private parking and close to all amenities. The room was very clean and tidy! Really no complaints! Cant wait to visit again.
