Not clean Few items missing from the kitchen and took them few days to provide and a lot of calls Wall paper is damaged Faulty toilet Etisalat receiver is not working, the owner refused to share the password

Nothing everything their from the moment I arraive was disgusting the place how they treat you the chairs have red juice on it the glasses are bird pooped

Everything important one their cleaners and the hallway smell

The picture and the appartement were not the same as we were expecting a one floor appartment ending up with 2 floor and traveling with an old person it was hard for her to go up the rooms everyday.... really not clear description , When we arrive we were suppose to do the check in a 3pm but ending up doing the check in at 7pm in the evening..... we had to wait in the lobby.... when we enter the room there were no sheets on the pillow, had no towels (so we couldn’t get any shower the first night, and the next I had to call 6times before they dare send any towel.... They were very slow respond and the staff from frank porter was really not nice on the phone a bit arrogant I don’t know how they treat other people... but we booked for one full week and we were expecting better services.... 0 Amenities were placed, the carpet was still dirty and the place was smelling very bad.... I would definitely not recommend this place, it’s too dark inside, the picture with big light are fake, the services is really poor, and the staff not nice. Ps: the only really nice person was the Indian security guy really cool and so smilly 🙂
