Comfort of space. Really felt like home away from home.

Washing machine preset to high speed is really loud/forceful and was worried it would knock the dryer off.

The property was in a very convenient place with lots of things to do.

The property owners were extremely rude. They got upset with us for not knowing that the apartment was in the alley and parking in the wrong place when there was no instructions for it. Hot water didn’t work most of the time and shower was dirty.

Needed more seating in living room. Needs to say has stairway and is in alley.

convenient location. very quiet snd comfortable. the beds and pillows were exceptional comfortable like sleeping on a cloud

Small, no full-length mirrors, bathroom not suitable for getting ready in (for women), thermostat is hard to figure out and overall was hard to maintain a consistent temperature

The door didn’t automatically lock and customer service never helped or responded despite my texts and calls. We had to hide our valuables when we left the guesthouse to feel safe. When we checked out, we forgot to retrieve one of the valuables and we called to see if we could go back before someone else check in and customer service was unsympathetic, said it wasn’t their responsibility, and said that the cleaning service would report any lost item. We are positive we left a valuable in a specific location, but “nothing was reported or found”, and they are not helping us any further. The guesthouse was great, but the automatic door lock was broken, customer service has been disrespectful, uncommunicative, and the stay ended up costing us much more than it was worth. We are still trying to retrieve our item but no one has helped us. This has certainly not been “effortless”.

The location is truly walkable as described. The neighborhood is excellent and the access (across the bridge) to downtown denver is easy. The two rooms are the same which is great for two groups.

There was a fumble with my order through booking. All the reservation emails came out, but the property manager didnt get it. We were lucky that nobody else booked and the property manager was able to to help us out.
