These apartments - wow. We absolutely could not fault a single thing about the King Street apartment we stayed in. The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was the comfiest (and largest) bed we've ever stayed in, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the shower was amazing and we will definitely stay again. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic accomodation in Lancaster as you won't be disappointed - we never wanted to leave!

Near to the train station, supportive receptionist. The receptionist made effort to allow us to enter the unit earlier because he knows that we came from a far with more than 20hours traveling time. We really appreciated him for that care.

The water-hole in the shower box was clogged, and it took us a while to get helps to fix it. It was fixed, and the person was apologetic for not able to do it faster. To be fair - it was Sunday. It could be avoided if only they checked before we checked-in as the clogging was started on day 1 already.

Central & convenient location. Perfect for what we needed, as we were travelling through the city, and decided to have an overnight pit-stop in Lancaster. This is an exceptional & spacious property, on two levels, with a mezzanine-level for the bedroom, with sitting-room under, and a double-height kitchen area. It is well-maintained and everything was spotless. TVs above and below; comfy seating.

The accommodation interior was exceptional, and we have nothing negative to say. We bumped into the owner as we were leaving - who was very friendly; and we told him how much we liked his property, adding the only thing it lacked was a tea-towel! The shower-tray is, though, somewhat too shallow to cope with the rain-shower if you have a long-ish shower. We found it got inundated and started to flood the bathroom - but, honestly, it wasn't too much of a problem.

We always love staying at the King Street Apartments it's so handy for popping into town.The staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartments are always spotlessly clean. A real treat.

Parking should be offered as an extra we had to park elsewhere which isn't great in the pouring rain.

We booked for 3 people to stay but the kitchen only had everything for 2 ppl including only 2 mugs
