the property was clean the bedroom was not cleaned bedding wasn’t changed was really disappointed with it

Only had 3hrs sleep due to someone constantly banging a door, checked in at 11pm, left at 4am, property straight onto a main road, main door had been left open so anyone could have walked in, but none of this the owners fault

The room of was lovely, had all we needed and was clean. Shower was fab. All the communal areas were clean and fresh and modern.
We were not given the room we booked (8), but one nearby (9) at last minute. This room was right on the main road and the traffic noise was awful. Kept us awake most of the night. I was a bit concerned about the security as we were given the room codes for both room 8 and room 9....

had no Remote for the tv in room every thing else was spot on

location was really convenient. the room was clean and the bed was super comfy.
there was a strange smell on arrival. the lock on the room door was slightly loose and the TV was on the floor, so unclear on how we could watch it had we have wanted to!

The location of this property is good for the city centre.
This is not a safe place to stay. Room doors cannot lock from the inside so no security in leaving bags here. The owner gave my room key code to two maintenance men who let themselves into my room whilst I was in there. I called booking.com in tears and was transferred to another hotel.
