This was the perfect house for our family. The porch and view were amazing. The amenities included added a little fun to our stay. The home far exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We would definitely satay again.

We stayed during our weekend/ week of cheer competition and it is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful quiet home and owners are wonderful and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was very spacious and had lots of amenities. They had beach gear(chairs, umbrella and cart) which was really nice. They also had a few kayaks which we used to paddle the channel and river where we saw dolphins and manatees. We were able to fish off the dock with the fishing poles they had which was super cool. The back deck area is so nice to sit and watch all the wildlife. We had 3 manatee sightings right off the dock. The house is located in a nice convenient part of town and super peaceful. All the stuff to cook meals and love the added washer and dryers for speeding up cleanup after a day at the beach. Would highly recommend this house for your next vacation to the area.

The Merritt Island house was great for our family of 5. Plenty of room. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch. From the boat dock we saw dolphins in the river. We enjoyed the KSC and the nearby parks.

Stayed 5 days with fishing buddies. Close to Port Canaveral, fishing and restaurants. Beautiful older canal home in Merritt Island, quiet neighborhood, walker friendly. Great screened in porch on canal side to socialize, watch your fishing pole or just take a nap.

It’s an older home but well maintained, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dock in the back where we saw birds, a manatee and dolphins in the distance. The owner was accessible and responsive to the few questions we had. Very satisfied.

Our family had the best time at this property. We spent time together fishing from the dock, cooking meals together and borrowing the beach gear for a fun day at the beach. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us! Will definitely be back if we need a place to stay on the Space Coast.
PS - our host, Robert, was great. He checked in on us several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

This location was amazing! It is so beautiful and peaceful that my wife and I just felt the stress melt away. The house is cute and a great layout, it is starting to need a little updating. We could sit on the porch every morning and watch the birds, squirrels, jumping fish and dolphins while we had breakfast. In the evening there is a Great Blue Heron that visits and hangs out with you. Cant wait to visit again!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic plants on screen porch and in backyard overlooking the nature preserve. Comfortable home with plenty of furnishings and room to spread out. Look forward to using kayaks next time. Made a great launchpad for our visit to KSC!

Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again. Clean and spacious. Only issue was no hot water. Couldn't get the pilot light on the water heater to ignite. Could not reach the owner but got a friend to fix it. Owner apologized. Was out of town and having communication problems.

Beaches are minutes away
House comes with everything and the Host is available at all times to answer any questions that might come up. All amenities listed are correct !!
Screened in Lanai with ceiling fans is a relaxing way to start the day with a cup of coffee.
On top of my return list !! I can only hope dates will be available !!

We needed some R and R while moving locally and this home delivered. Very relaxing and peaceful. Had everything we needed. however some hand soap and small bars of bath soap in the bathrooms to get us started would have been a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to our needs and we enjoyed our stay overall:)

Clean, family friendly property
We loved this home, it was spacious, clean, accessible and safe. The owner had easy to follow rules and had plenty of towels, blankets, and home comforts. Our only complaint was that the thermostat could not be lowered to our desired temperature, but that’s not a deal breaker.

Very Quiet and relaxing
Our team stayed at this location for a project we had at NASA. This was in a perfect location and during their downtime, they loved the peacefulness of the area and the wildlife. The home was very nice and clean. It was very nicely decorated and well kept. Check-in and out was very easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing weekend with mom, myself and grown daughters. House was comfortable, location was convenient. We had several great meals near the port and found Debbies Diner in town was also good. We would definitely consider this as a future destination

This comfortable home has it all from the views to the provided kayaks. Well equipped home that is large enough to accommodate a large family. I stayed here alone and some of my family came to visit for the day. They were all impressed with this home. Spent most of the time on the screened porch which is very roomy and comfortable. Great fishing right in the backyard with dolphin hanging out often.
I would recommend this place and plan to visit again soon!

Great Location, Beautiful House
We arrived to find a spotlessly clean, well-appointed home. Within an hour of our arrival we saw a manatee off the dock and later that evening, two dolphins! The house was exactly as advertised and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Week on the water
Nice place, super convenient to the Cape. Kayaks made the week fun. Any dinning is out to the Cape or down Merritt island. Was a super week.

Vintage Charm
The screened back porch and dock area were amazing. Plenty of seating and beautiful view. The house was very comfortable and well stocked from what we could tell (we only stayed 3 short days). The two TVs were nice and had several streaming options which was a huge bonus. The house itself is pretty dated but has a lot of charm and was clean. We had no hot water in either bathroom during our stay so that made showering (with children) quite challenging. Other than that, it was a lovely experience.

Our family stayed 4 nights in this home. Very nice home, clean, close to cocoa beach.
Nice home, relaxing, quiet. Property manager was very informative and helpful. Our kids loved the home and definitely want to come back. Recommended this home for family and friends.
