We loved this property! We were three couples spending July 4th weekend together. Each couple had their own bathroom and ample, comfortable sleeping arrangements. The main living area was perfect in that there was plenty of space for us to comfortably hang out on the two large sectionals. Everything was extremely clean and the owners were nearby, attentive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this property! Thank you!

This place wowed us from top to bottom. The rooftop deck is the highest in the neighborhood and has an incredible skyline view. Comfortably slept a group of 12 of us. Clean comfy beds, large bathrooms, luxury showers, walk in closets, giant kitchen island, multiple balcony decks. Walking to and from downtown was completely doable (20ish minutes and non-sketchy neighborhood), which was my only concern when booking. The Gulch was a 5min walk at most as well. You can’t go wrong with this place it had everything we needed and more. Total gem, can’t wait to go back!!!

The roof deck was amazing! The house was clean! 5 mins from nice restaurants! 10 minute walk to Broadway! The house was stunning from top to bottom! Thank you! Will definitely be back!

This property is beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting out on the upstairs deck and the bedrooms and bathrooms are great too. Everyone got good nights of sleep so they could enjoy the days and evenings on Broadway.

Daughter turned 21 so took her and some of her friends. 10 of us total. House was even better than expected. Only draw back was we where there during the worst snow storm and cold in decades so walking was not an option. Taxes and lift Uber where very expensive just to go 1.5 miles downtown. Would stay here again no problem.

House was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. Great for a large group the elevator is a “God send” for anyone with ambulation issues as there are alot of stairs. Only concern was location as it was quite a distance from downtown. 30 min walk or a 10 minute ride with Lyft

We rented this property for a group of 12 girls and it was exactly what we needed. The property was even better than pictured - large, new bathrooms with large walk in closets in most rooms. Incredibly high ceilings made the already large space feel even larger. Unfortunately there was incredibly loud construction next door during the duration of our stay so we didn’t get much quiet time at the house, nor did we get to use the outdoor space. However, would highly recommend!

The house was lacking a few essential products like garbage bags and dish towels but the property managers responded promptly and made sure those items were delivered. We had a great time!

TV in every room and great TV/music Bluetooth sound bar. Rooftop view is awesome and several decks for hanging out. Great place for several couples or a bunch of people for a girls or guys weekend. Kitchen had everything you need and both a regular coffee maker and cup option. There is even a nice Weber gas grill to use. 5-10 minute Uber to Broadway. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Management was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Property has a lot of stairs if that is a problem for someone, but does have an elevator if needed. We did not use it. All furniture is very comfortable and stylish. Very posh! Loved it and so did the 9 women I stayed with for girls weekend.
