needs some TLC the hob was broken on the edge and is easy to get a cut from this when cleaning…

Location was great on the main road, easy access to street market, malls, groceries, eating places, entertainment, train station, tram and even Police if need be. Requested early checkin and was accomodated from 11am which was great. Stayed a few days extra and was accomodated with that request. Checkin was easy using instructions sent by email. Feeling very cold the 1st night and not understanding how the heater works, someone from the office cant rmember his name came with a portable heater and showed me how to use the one there, cant ask for better service than that. Enjoyed my stay would reccomend to anyone.

Having travelled and stayed many types of places I found the kitchen to be lacking in bowls, if one has to season meat, chop up stuff like vegies, wash anything b4 cooking it, no bowls available. Knives could be checked and sharpened periodically. A strainer to strain cooked rice or pasta. Otherwise all supplies were appropiate. Having wooden floors in a wet area can cause a problem for big bodied people as this gets wet during shower and nothing available to dry the floor. A bar to hold on to to get in and out would be a nice addition to the area.

Good sized and well laid out apartment with washing machine, dishwasher and cooking facilities. In a great spot, short walk to High St and close to buses.

The apartment wasn't as announced: 1- Constructions works on-site. 2- Horrible isolation from neighbors. 3- Staff coming into the apartment without authorization nor announcing themselves. 4- Appliances not working. Plus unannounced repairs whilst on-site.

The price isn’t transparent - the money charged through Booking.com was one fee and then they asked for a further £200 security deposit. We arrived on the Saturday - there was a washing machine outside the building on Mulgrave Road. There was a strong smell of marijuana. There was also a washing machine left out on the landing which I assume was also broken. When we got inside the flat, it was clean and it seemed ok on the surface. However, some of the spotlights were out, the lock on the bathroom door wasn’t fitted properly, the lock on the washing machine was missing as was the compartment for dishwasher tablets in the dishwasher (I speculate that this may have been done purposely to deter people from using them). These were flagged and to be fair the property manager called me and assured that the issues would be resolved - he also said that unfortunately there were no other flats available otherwise he’s move us. The spotlights and bathroom lock were fixed - but not the washing machine. bearing in mind we had the two hottest days on record in the U.K., not being able to wash our clothes was a massive inconvenience. One of the reasons we chose this place was due to the facilities it claimed to have. We resorted to finding a local launderette. Far from ideal and time consuming. The bed frame was rickety and the mattress - you could hear all of the springs jingling when you placed your hand on it. These were the worst nights sleep I have ever had. It was a lot of money and non refundable. The only reason we stayed was due to the location. I have taken videos and photographs of all of this. I don’t normally complain but felt that this was very very poor and I worry I may not receive the £200 security deposit back. I will formalise this in a complaint.

Everything! there’s everything what we need to stay, the staff is always reply quickly and helped us a lot. some super market around the property.

i do love here and definitely recommend this place to stay.
