It was just right for our mini- family reunion. We were able to check out the casinos & Lake Tahoe.

Nice home And great location. Lowest level back patio was enjoyable. Only issue was multiple levels of rooms for unstable and very young family members.

We had 7 guys stay at the property for a business convention. Accommodations were great. We were close to everything we wanted. House was clean and comfy. Hosts were quick to answer questions and even got us in early. Would stay again!

The house is very roomy and comfortable. Hard floors throughout made cleaning up easy. Very close to food and shops. Quiet neighborhood, except the occasional bird spat in the water. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful home at a great location! We were in Reno for a week long baseball tournament and had multiple families staying at various homes. This was by far the easiest to work with!! Communication was great, home was stocked with essentials and everyone was very comfortable. Definitely would recommend! Only issue is it’s not truly a 5 bedroom because one room is separated by a curtain not a door, but number of beds was unbelievable and fit everyone great!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable, clean and located conveniently next to a shopping center and the marina. We were able to take a morning walk around the marina each morning and have a coffee at a little shop nearby. There is also a Sprouts and Costco a few miles away. The house has a good internet connection if you are working, a new washer and dryer, big screen TV and super comfy sectional couch. The hosts were very helpful. We would stay again!

This home was very beautiful and clean from the time we walked in. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with everything you would need to clean, cook, eat and drink and more, it even had a coffee pot as well as a welcome basket full of goodies and treats, our grandkids love that basket. The House sits on a canal with its own private dock. The location was breathtaking. Their was so much peace and serenity in this home. Our family was finally able to have some type of normalcy since the 2019 pandemic, we laughed, cooked, play games, we just had fun. It wasn’t hard to do in this warm and cozy home. Just as it was stated, it was close to the Legend Mall, Restaurants, Target, walking distance to the Beach ( multiple volleyball nets ), Play structure at Park, our grandkids had a great time. The memory foam beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and equipped with everything you would need, shower gels, shampoo, liquid and bar soap, hair dryer, and more, the towels were fresh and clean, for 10 people the water pressure was excellent. The keyless check in and out was very easy. This home is absolutely amazing, we highly recommend this home. We definitely would stay here again.

This was a perfect house for our family weekend. We enjoyed the proximity to the marina and the Scheels shopping mall. We did have an issue with the AC going out but the homeowner was super responsive and had someone there super quickly to take care of the issue, and it worked great after that. There are a LOT of stairs, so if mobility is an issue with anyone that might be a problem, but other than that, great house!

This home is very comfortable and spacious. You have all the basic amenities for your convenience. This home is located close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The Sparks Marina is right there. Your close to casinos in the area. Lake Tahoe is a short scenic drive away. Derick was great to communicate with.

Beautiful spacious home in a great location. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake. There is a small beach area where the kids can swim. The location was perfect for us to access different areas of Reno. The host was great to work with and we look forward to coming back next year.
