The property was nicely finished and we were able to enjoy and relax. Despite the fact that the air show we came to see was canceled. What a huge disappointment!! We enjoyed beach time and made the best of the time since there were no refunds!! Please have the master bathroom fan fixed! It’s so loud you can’t use it!!

If your priority is a great ocean view, fabulous beach access and a lovely patio then this is a great location for you. If you are looking for a place that’s comfortable and luxurious then this is probably not your place. The unit is quite old and dated. The flooring is new, but that’s about it. Bathrooms desperately need updating….showers are kind of gross. Clothes irons and hair dryers are very old. Previous reviews said it was very clean, but we found open food from previous guests in the cabinet, as well as toddler handprints on the sliding glass door and some sticky spots on the table. We only received 4 bath towels (in a unit meant for 6). The sign on the counter makes notes about a parking pass and garage remote, but we found neither. We tried to contact the property manager 3 different times but only made contact once. Things to know before you stay: - When you arrive and there are no parking spaces available, you will need to follow the signs to the grass lot behind the garages - There are no beach towels in the unit (except the 1 I bought and left for future guests but you may not find it) - They do note that the unit only has essentials, so for our 3 night stay we still needed to purchase things like coffee filters, salt & pepper and toilet paper that was more than single ply. We came to spend our time outside (pool was nice) and on the beach so it worked for us, but our impression was that this property is not updated until it has to be.

Very clean condo and complex with great views, convenient location and great communication with host.

This is a great place for the price if you’re looking for a direct ocean view just a few steps from the beach. The condo had a few minor issues - master bath fan doesn’t work and none of the bathroom and bedroom locks worked, but otherwise a very good place to stay.

We had a wonderful time with my son, his fiancé and her teen age daughter. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and went on for more miles than we could walk. There were many restaurants nearby within walking distance. I’ve read in other reviews that the place was dated and it was. However, it was clean and that is a priority for me. The fact that it was dated did not impact our enjoyment there. The pool was fabulous. The property manager was friendly and quickly responded to my questions. All in all a wonderful family vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo.

This property could use some updating. The floors look like they were updated but not so much anything else that was very limited kitchen utensils. I had to run the dishwasher often so that we could have clean dishes and utensils. But great location.

Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels. Our one complaint was the supplies were lacking. There were no coffee filters, salt, pepper or spices. Being issued only one packet of dishwasher detergent, one packet of laundry detergent and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was upsetting. It would have been nice to have at least one packet of dishwashing soap per day.

The unit is spacious, affordable, quiet, good location and whoever does the cleaning does an exceptional job! Everything was super clean in spite of the condition of the unit. The unit itself desperately needs to be updated and does have some repair issues, but none that hindered our stay or our time with family.

The property was exactly what we were looking for, comfort, clean & convenient. Only issue was the kitchen light. Property manager handled it promptly.

The location was great with walkable restaurants nearby. Beach wasn't crowded and pool was enjoyable the couple of times we went. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for our needs. The unit itself was the aggravation point of the trip. Overall, this unit needs a reinvestment by the owners as there are multiple issues across it that were quite aggravating to experience and maneuver around. A very deep clean needs to be done! - All the air vents are covered in dust/rust/maybe some mold; outlets across the unit do not hold a plug; master shower tile is simply not clean; very little lighting (which is odd) besides dining light; floors were not clean across entire unit (heavy dust under beds); first bath shower stopper had to be replaced so we were without a second shower for 3 days (property manager did assist well, but why was this not known prior?); master bedroom air supply didn't work well, room stayed hot hence the small fan they leave for you; front door and sliding door are not sealed (you can see through to exterior floors which explains previous comments on some bugs that ventured in - we did have one large spider show up); second bath fan doesn't work I wouldn't recommend staying here until it's been cleaned and updated. The owners need to have a better eye on their property and its overall state or take it off as a rental. It was very aggravating to have to ask why the floors are dirty, maneuver around issues, dealing with no second shower for 3 days.

Easy to use app, didn't have to worry about carrying a key everywhere. Had plenty of room. Everything was clean. Perfect views from the balcony porch. Very short walk down the nice path to the beach. Plenty of room to stash our boards in the room. Couldn't have asked for a better location! Will definitely come back! Pool was perfectly clean as was entire property.

Nice to have a privet beach. It's close to anything you would need or want to do. Has all the appliances you would need.. If we had any question, management was right on it. Very helpful. All round great place for family. Great to walk to the beach and not cross the road.

Restaurants and stores are very close by some in walking distance right off of fourth Street. The maintenance company (Steve) was very helpful to work with. Suggestions would be new towels, cleaning items such as brooms and mops, and locks on all doors are needing to be replaced. We would definitely choose this location again!

The kids loved walking right off the beach and to the pool. The unit is nice and clean. A/C worked great which was nice as it was in the 90's everyday. Furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Suggestion - get rid of the carpets in the bedrooms and replace the balcony furniture with high top chair and tables so that you can see the beautiful ocean views over the railing. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay.
