This delightful property is a home away from home! It is sparkly clean, beautifully decorated and walking distance to beach and town. The layout was perfect for our mixed age group, ranging from 6 to 80! The beds are so comfortable you might sleep too much :) The pool, the foliage and the balconies compete with the spectacular beaches. No one wanted to leave. We found our forever Siesta Key home! Thank you for our best vaca ever.

Great property that is close to beach and the village.

We had a wonderful stay at CHATEAU du SOLEIL. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. The close proximity to the beach made it easy to go multiple times a day. It was nice to be able to walk to Siesta Key Village for ice cream and dining out. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. The indoor spaces were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Siesta Key Beach was perfect. The home provided everything you could possibly need, including spices for cooking. The appliances were top notch and more than ample in size. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks at one time. Seating throughout the great room and islands provided inclusion for all. Bathrooms were large. The master suite was wonderful; hard to leave behind. Beach toys and chairs, umbrellas were a nice plus. Could not have asked for anything else. We would definitely return to this beach home.

For our family reunion (3 couples, 2 4 year old girls), Chateau du Soleil was the perfect setting. Everyone had the space they needed. The shared space was big and open. The whole place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Although the weather didn't cooperate--we only had a glimpse of sun and it was unusually chilly--the heated pool was great for the kids. The house is within a 10 minute walk of the village, with all beachy amenities. Easy to get around on trolleys too. Siesta Key beach is stunning!

Wonderful time at this property. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Plenty of things for the kids at the beach. Beautiful backyard. A block from the gulf and from the village. Perfect place and location. Jay was very responsive to any questions. Our time was during Idalia and Jay contacted us to provide the option to leave if we wanted. We chose to stay and he was very informative on the hurricane do’s and don’ts. He kept in constant contact over those few days. This was my families first time there and definitely not the last.

We liked the house so much the first time, that we decided to stay there again. No better review then to be a repeat customer!

Great! Very clean. That is very important to me. Sweet pool. About 10 minute walk to the gulf. Close to restaurants and shops. Very attentive owner. Very easy to reach. I would highly recommend. Ive been using VRBO since 2009.

This property is immaculate. Owner keeps it up very well. The owner is easy to contact and responds quickly. It is a short walk to the beach and easy walk to the village and supermarket. We just returned from our first visit to Siesta Key and 10-day stay at the Chateau du Soleil vacation home. Perfectly located between (and easy walking distance to) both Siesta Key Village and the Siesta Key beach, the house comfortably hosted our party of six adults and one child. The house is spacious and very well equipped with kitchen and bathroom amenities, all necessary linens, including beach towels and a wide variety of beach chairs, toys, coolers, skim boards, etc., as well as a beach wagon. The house and pool were professionally cleaned prior to our arrival and are in excellent condition. In addition to its nice interior layout and quality furniture and decorations, the house has an amazing large private pool and outdoor space that provides both sunny and shaded areas as well as a covered outdoor seating area and covered dining area and Weber grill. We spent hours in the private pool and outdoor space listening to music and enjoying the surrounding palms along with our appetizers and drinks after daily trips to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. The owners, Jay and Natalie, were excellent to work with leading up to our stay and checked-in during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our visit. We really appreciate them opening up their beautiful home to us and others and will definitely be booking more visits. We highly recommend the Chateau du Soleil vacation home and location in Siesta Key.

We greatly enjoyed our recent stay at Château du Soleil. This was our 4th stay at this property, so arriving for us felt a bit like coming home. The property is in a great location, close to Siesta Key Village as well as to the beach. The house is well-appointed for your needs, with comfortable furniture and beds. Our kids really enjoy the bunk room. The multi-level nature of the home allows for guests to spread out a bit. The balconies on the home are great places to hang out. The pool area is an oasis, and provides ample shade as well as sun over the course of the day. The house also has plenty of beach toys available. As in the past, the house was impeccably clean on arrival. We hope to be back again in the future!

The house is very well positioned to be a short walk to the beach and very reasonable walk to local restaurants and shops. Jay was an excellent host, texting instructions, local updates when needed and was responsive to questions. Siesta key is a great location and the powder sand beach is incredible. Unfortunately, red tide put a damper on our beach activities. Given this was a three generation family vacation, pool time replaced beach time. The house was well equipped with equipment and toys for either venue. It was a very nice experience.

We had been to SK before and knew location is key. We couldn’t have been in a better spot. Close to the village and an easy walk to the beach. Accommodations were outstanding. Back yard is spectacular! Thank you

Beautiful stay in Siesta key! Home was spacious , very clean and great location to beach and town. House was stocked with beach chairs, towels, games and pool was great to relax after day at beach. Proximity to town was perfect. About .5 mike to town , very walkable but we also biked as well. Weather was just perfect for end of January and we thoroughly enjoyed drum circle, flag ceremony and went on a private sunset tiki boat ride. Highly recommend this property and Siesta key!

As many others have commented, our family enjoyed everything about Chateau du Soleil! Many thanks to Jay for providing such a wonderful getaway. We look forward to returning!

This was our second time staying at Chateau du Soleil and it was just as amazing as the first time. We love the fact we can walk to town and to the beach. Next visit our youngest grandchild will be crawling and we would not hesitate to book here again, it is that clean. Jay will go out of his way to make your vacation the best possible.

We found the house to be very clean, stocked with all the essentials and in an excellent location. It was an easy walk to the beach and to the village. Check in was easy and we had no issues throughout our weeklong stay. All of the pool and beach toys were very much appreciated. The beach wagon and cooler were very helpful. The downstairs refrigerator in the garage is very helpful and convenient to the pool. We hope to stay with you around the same time next year- we had a very enjoyable week.

The house was perfect for our family (6 adults, 1 child and 2 toddlers). The house is really nice, very clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. The landscaping and pool in the backyard are amazing. We had a couple of chilly days and was surprised when Jay sent a text to say he had turned on the heater for the pool, we greatly appreciated that. There are plenty of pool toys and beach items in the garage including a beach wagon. Great location just a short walk to the beach and the village. Hopefully this house will be available when we plan our next family vacation to Siesta Key in 2024.

We loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back. The house has everything you could need. We utilized the beach wagon daily. The garage had sand toys, pool toys, coolers, chairs, and anything you could want for the pool or beach. The pool is wonderful. The house was also stocked with anything we could have needed. The beds were comfy. It was a perfect home away from home. We enjoyed walking to the Village in the evenings to grab dinner and drinks. We walked to the beach daily too. Convenient location for both! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vacation home for our family of 11! The house was very clean and proximity to beach was awesome. Mr. Levy responded to our questions in a very timely manner. We loved walking to the village each day to shop and eat. Siesta Key is such a beautiful area. I would highly recommend this house for your next family vacation!

great location to the most beautiful beach! we rented bikes and a golf cart, there were beach chairs and a beach wagon at the house - everything was super easy. walmart delivery and the closeness to all the restaurants in siesta key made it easy as well. we even had a couple of manatees swim by us one day! the pool was lovely... mosquitos were a bit crazy back there. the a/c could have been stronger... they recommend keeping it at 73 to not freeze up the units, so we kept it there... just wasn't quite as refreshing as i'm accustomed to! overall we would definitely rent again!

The house was everything as promised in description. Jay very helpful. All the beach items were very nice to have. House well stocked. Recycle pick up never happened. Kids loved the pool. Thanks for having us Jay and Natalie!

A beautiful and exclusive property in walking distance to the beach and village. Immaculately maintained--inside and outside--by a very responsive property owner. The private pool was a hit with the family. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great beach rental. Everything was as expected and more. All my adult children and spouses thought it was great and it was kid friendly too. We walked to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Everything so convenient. This is the house we will book if planning another beach vacation.
