It was a great stay. House was perfect for our group of 9. Liked that we could park our personal vehicles in the garage. Just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time! The three kitchen layout was a nice bonus! Most appliances we upscale and modern. The beds were very comfortable! Slept well every night! The short walk to the beach was so nice. Spent a lot of time there! Let me say that the Hostess was WONDERFUL! very responsive and helpful. Overall had a wonderful time!

We had 8 adults and 2 children and never felt crowded. We went for my granddaughter's dance competition the week of July 4th. Couldn’t have picked a better location. We walked to the beach. Watched fireworks from the balcony, easy drive to Convention Center, grocery store and Moody Gardens. Only drawback was no real living room for taking it easy after a busy day, but that wasn't our priority. Our priority was number of beds and baths and location. We made do by pulling out seats from table.

The place was nice just the construction in the island was a little hassle to get around

This property had everything you needed. Great communication was not expected, but they exceeded my expectations. Hope to be back soon!

We had a great time in Galveston. marina was super helpful and accommodating to our flight schedule. The house was the perfect size, roof top dinner and sunset was amazing too!!

This is a nice place, but a little maintenance is needed.

We stayed and the location is very much not great. Close enough to the beach but not good surroundings, didn’t feel completely safe. Inside the house “meh”. The pictures make it look much better than it actually is. Cables throughout the house at windows cut and not plugged or covered. Bathroom on the second floor had keys but one was uncovered so it wasn’t functional. The wall where the rain shower head came out wasn’t really done, so you can just see the hole where the plumbing comes out. Electricity on the second floor island didn’t work so we couldn’t use those plugs or dishwashers, the property manager warned me about that once we had arrived. The internet also didn’t work, I did let the property manager know but to get it fixed we would have had to be there to attend the technician, and I wasn’t going to sit and wait for that and manage that. So, no shows for the toddlers made thing a bit harder. The roof top patio was cool, however, ALL of the cushions for this were inside the house and a story down, so to use it I would have had to make multiple trips up and down to put the cushions on. The third story balcony had no furniture on it, it was all inside as well so we had to move all that outside. Overall it was fine, but just fine. Way more expensive than it should have been…

It rained on us but our stay at this property made the vacation, everything was comfy and convenient, put family had an great time!

The description of this property was very accurate and it has lots of space if your traveling with friends and family! It rained and was cold during our visit, so having the extra space was helpful! There was private space for everyone! All the bathrooms are updated and clean! It's a great walk to the beach and there is a crosswalk to help get across the busy street to the beach. The property manager was very responsive with questions and the house was ready on time with very easy access and check in. Quality washer and driver available and the entire set up of this home is very efficient! This place is a must during the summer months so you can enjoy the outdoor balcony space! The only recommendations I have for this house is more 2nd floor living room seating ( couch, chairs). We tended to gather there on raining days and hangout! Great place! Well worth the stay!

We had a group of seven for Dickens on the Strand. The house is great for a large group of family or friends.

Very clean and modern with awesome outdoor spaces. Be ready for walking a lot of stairs.

My rating for this property as it is now is 3+ Stars. Front door, garage door, entire house - an effective regular exterminator program for ants/spider/roaches is needed. Main level - comfortable durable seating for family socializing is needed. All bedrooms - plastic hangers in closets would be nice. Add 3 TVs to the bedrooms would be nice. The kitchens and bathrooms are really 5 Star. The location is 5 Star. The room sizes are 5 Star. The host responses to issues is 5 Star. The cleanliness of the house was 5 Star.

Property was spacious, beautifully appointed and very close to beach. The only consideration I would point out to senior citizens and families with small children is that the townhouse is three levels with many stairs to navigate. My group visited prior to attending a convention in Houston. We arrived via Galveston Express which was excellent, prompt service, by the way. This VRBO was accessible early, with a code that worked, and was ready-to-enjoy when we arrived. Mariana was easy to work with, as she replied in a timely manner whenever we reached out. We stayed 2 nights, and were quite comfortable with the furnishings of the unit. Having the options to wash laundry was also a plus for our group. We were slightly disappointed by the indoor grill not looking ready-to-use. We enjoyed being a few blocks from the beach! We also were able to walk to pick up bicycles which helped us navigate easily to Pleasure Pier, Kroger, and other restaurants during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the host was very helpful. I had questions and needed assistance and she seemed like she didn’t mind helping me. Everything was like the pictures. The stairs are a lot if you have trouble with walking up and down, but we enjoyed the house. Thanks for everything.

We had a great time in Galveston. I loved having my family all together under one roof. We were in walking distance of the beach. Having so many bathrooms was a big plus with so many people.

The online pictures were actually as in person. Very large home to be on the island. Communicating with owner was easy and quick

The property is in walking distance from the beach, but not close to anything else. The rooms were clean and very sparsely decorated. No dressers for belongings. The applicants es, TVs, kitchen equipment were great.

My family used ever inch of this house. Loved the canopy provided...it came in handy to use on the deck. Oh the wagon with all the beach supplies you need truly help with taking items to the beach just three blocks away!! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you
