The receptionist was very helpful. Checkout time was very flexible.

Couldn't really walk to the hot springs from there. A little too far for on the way back when wet and snowing.

Great location, near everything in town. Walking distance to hot springs, pool, shopping and restaurants. Owner let us borrow DVDs while satellite was out due to winter storm

Air conditioner/heater in my room blow directly on 1 bed so hard to sleep with it on. We turned it off and it was fine but got cold in the room

The location of the Alpaca Inn was fantastic. It was off the main beat and very quiet. Very close to restaurants, the grocery store and the hot tubs at the Lava Hot Springs Inn. Opted not to go to the public hot springs as there were to many people and we would have had to drive to it. The staff was very nice and helped out with all are needs.

The room was a bit small, but we knew that going in. Going into the bathroom you had to step down, but figured it out in a hurry. Didn't spend to much time in it anyway.

The owners take pride in their property. It is very cozy. They own and sell Alpacas. The decor is awesome, with rugs and pictures of their Alpacas. They have a great gift shop of nice warm Alpaca clothing. We love this place.

I loved the alpaca decor and real authentic alpaca rugs. Also a perfect location that was very quiet, calm, and comfortable.

The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the pillows, but given the price it was well worth it.

My visit was wonderful, staff excellent and all information provided beyond my expectations. Awesome place to stay!
