We will be back!! So Pleasantly surprised!! Omg. The bathtub waa Huge. We Loved the private pool. We can't wait to go back!

My husband worked away from home all summer and this was our first getaway in a long while. It was perfect. I absolutely loved the hotnpool on property.

Could use a coffee maker in the room

We stayed in the tiny home. It was very nice, loved how quiet it was. Cindy at the front desk was so very nice, great staff.

The grounds were beautiful and overall a great stay.

Dislike: limited facilities, room is too small to relax

The hot spring pool was a great benefit.

We had to call ahead since we were a late arrival. They had keys for us in their lock box. The room was old and would have given it a better rating if their wasn't hair in the shower. We loved to be able to use their mineral pool at 10 pm when we arrived and first thing in the morning at 6 AM before we left. Friendly staff and I wished we had more time to stay and explore Lava Hot Springs! We ate breakfast across the street at The Chuckwagen. Best breakfast on our trip! I would stay at the Lava Hotel again because of the pool.

We stayed in one of the tiny houses. There were three of us. The futon bed is not comfortable even for a futon. That is the only reason my overall rate is not a 5. If there are just 2 of you, then the tiny houses might be a great choice.

Very nice room, they have their own pool and spa facility and very friendly staff.

We asked to extend our stay by one day, was told we could do that and that the price would be hígher for the one night. We dropped our bags off at our room and came back to the front desk to buy the additional date and was told we now couldn't book the dateas it was a requirement of Mgmt that all stays be at leastv2 days and this was only 1 day. We had booked 4 days i explained but just neèded 1 additional date. No matter, it wasnt available now for some reason. Follow Up - Mgr left a card for us at front desk for an additional dates stay on them for a future date! Wished we could have stayed one more night there but very happy with the Mgmt making ammends this way!

Very quiet and safe

Right in the center of Lava making everything walkable, had a courtyard room and it was quiet and convenient.

Helpful staff. Everything is clean

There were dead bugs in the room, dirty lamps and extremely dirty floor vents. They were broken as well. Two lamps had parts that were broken. The design of the room was terrible. I would never stay at this property again.

Loved having a private hot pool just down the road. I also liked that the room opened to the main street with a deck and to the back with easy walking access to the hot pool. I do wish they had coffee pots in the room so you could make a coffee to take down with your early morning soak!

This is a great hotel with plenty of different accommodations to service any size group. The hot spring pool was so nice! It was big enough to swim in and had a nice and easy incline to go from knee deep to shoulder deep. The room was nice and had plenty of space to store items. The bed was comfortable and the shower was big with great water pressure. The hotel is right in the middle of the main street.

The WiFi was sketchy

We were stuck back in a little room at the back of the property. Little shack with 4 small rooms. There was very limited parking. The pool was dirty and small. The next door hotel had a group of people who had a yelling fight out in their parking lot.

Great place, right on Main Street. Evening staff person Aspen(?) really helpful. Enjoyed sitting out on deck. The private pool was the best part.

I stayed in a Tiny Home, which was very cute and had nice amenities. The wall air conditioner is in the living room, which didnt cool the bedroom. You need to partially close the bedroom doorto watch TV, which is a poor design. Check in was fabulouse with Aspen and the unit had a pretty view of the park and a nice front porch to relax on.

Overall, this was a good price for a decent place. Beds were comfy and bathroom was spacious. Some updates would easily put his place on 4-5 star turf...
