The doors wouldn’t close, didn’t get the actual room I booked , sheets were filthy upon arrival, fridge was broken , staff asked me what I was doing rudely

Older property, but very well kept. Within walking distance of hot pools and gardens for someone with limited walking ability?

We usually tent camp when we come to Lava, but decided on a room at short notice as other plans fell threw. Perfect for a couple or small family. The tub has the natural HOT mineral water so no need to pay to go to the hot springs. The tub did have a shower as well that was very hot. The staff inform you of this and a reminder on the wall. Satellite tv, unable to log in to Netflix etc without cord to connect. We did not ask the front desk how to do this but regular satellite was working fine. Our room had a mini fridge with some water/soda for purchase @ $2 each, it has a very small freezer. Small microwave and the toilet/tub/shower separate from bathroom sink/ bedroom. They offer free coffee/tea at the front desk. All staff was very friendly. We will stay here again when we bring our toddler with us. This was very close to the natural hot springs and Main Street. You also get to park in front of your room.

I received an email asking me what time we would be checking in. I was out of service all day in Yellowstone, so at 7:19 when I finally had service I said it would be sometime around 10. I didn't get a reply. When we got to the hotel there was a number to call. When I called the person said I needed to give her $150 deposit and that she left at 10, so the room was left open with the keys in it. She said she didn't have my phone number but had my email. I explained the situation. Then she said she tried to call me several times but I didn't answer. We checked the room out and were so uncomfortable and felt so unsafe that we called Expedia to make a complaint and ask for a refund. This is the worst policy ever.

The hotel was clean and in the center of town. You can walk to everything.

We had our own private hot spring, parking is right out front of the room these two features were amazing. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely stay again and and recommend to anyone!

This is a quaint hotel that has everything you need! If the hotel doesn' t have it, it is within walking distance for sure! Within a hop and a skip of the hot springs and one of the best restaurants we've experienced!!

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night and it was exactly what we needed. In the middle of Main Street, easy to find, and staff was friendly! We would definitely stay here again when we make it back up to Lava.

My sisters and I had a wonderful time! The hostess was so kind, the 24/7 tea was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Very small room, you cant even hang your clothes in the hidden closet space. Bed is comfortable but we had to cover the window with our clothes bc the blinds were cut smaller. Tub is huge! And jetted!

Very pleasant little place to stay that is a short walk to Lava hotsprings. The room was cozy and clean with the world's largest tub that you fill with hotspring water....that's a dream come true for me! The staff were all very pleasant as well. My only complaint is that the outdoor soaking "hot tub" needed a good cleaning and emptying, which they were doing the day we left so I guess staying during the week W-F is what got us there. But we'd definitely stay here again!
