It was an amazing stay. It was amazing for the dogs cause of the back yard. It was very clean. Had all the essentials. We loved it and we will be coming back again. Can’t wait!!

Being so close to the falls it was a nice space to relax and be “out of the way”

We really enjoyed our visit to Niagara falls. This house was convenientlyicsted near the falls (shirt drive) and seemed to be a safe area!

It was just what we wanted. Joe was very communicative. Next trip, will be happy to stay again!!

Check in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable and space was accommodating.

Overall the interior of the home was very nice, up to date and had a clean fresh feel. The only downside was minor and it was the curb appeal. The lawn was not kept, but that happens during the summer season. We do have a child with special needs and the handrailing on the porch stairs were in need of replacement, although repaired, were still not capable of supporting a persons weight if they needed to rely on them for a fall prevention. I would have loved to see a back garden area with a grill, and maybe access to the back from in the home. Otherwise, a nice stop off with decent accomodations.

Although we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, the property was not one. Yes it was clean inside and yes it was updated inside. But to describe it as a”luxury home in the heart of Niagara Falls” was untrue. The neighborhood was not exactly as expected based on the property description .We did find a dog park about 10 minutes away. Ok the home itself: there was only one access/exit that was available and that was front door. Prior to arriving I had asked for access to the washer/dryer which was an additional few. Once the owner unlocked the basement we had another access to the outside. . I also asked for a vacuum prior to arrival and that was also locked in the basement . I had asked for local info such as restaurants, grocery store, etc., prior to arrival and was told I could get that info once there. Other home rentals I’ve stayed in usually have a binder containing that info. There was no binder there only brochures for sights but nothing for restaurants or stores. I received a short email telling me that the grocery store was about 10 minutes away and that other than one pizzeria for take out, there was no other recommendation. There was a master bedroom and bedroom with 2 twin beds so it should ideally be for 4 people. There was one sofa, no chairs in living room. No directions came with the Roku TV set up. The description stated you could enjoy the fenced in backyard but the grass had not been mowed and was overgrown. There were also NO outside chairs. Front yard was also overgrown and in need of mowing. Minimal necessities were provided. If you go, bring your own sugar because there was only sweet & low, not something everyone uses. Small 4 cup coffee maker and limited coffee.... again I asked if I needed to bring staples and was told no, they were there. Something beyond owners control was that 2 of the days we were there, there was no electricity due to outages and work, albeit one was a planned work and the owner had told us to park on the grass bc there was no street parking allowed. Also, no information on where to put the trash. A binder with info is a must! We were disappointed .

I enjoyed my stay. The home is beautifully remodeled and the homeowner was very responsive. It was close to the falls.

The inside of the apartment might have been beautiful, but we never made it there. The area the apartment was located in was very run down. Graffiti on walls and light poles nearby and overgrown grass and trees all around the property gave a very bad first impression. There was no parking, except for on the grass in front, even though there was what looked like a garage in the back of the property. Based on all of this, we did not feel comfortable staying in the area and found other accommodations. The Property owner has considered this a no show and so will not work with us on a refund for this night.

Extremely responsive and very flexible with dogs. Quick drive to the Falls

It’s the perfect size for a quick getaway, especially with the Falls so close by! There’s ample street parking and the house itself is beautifully decorated and renovated. We enjoyed our stay
