Very friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Room was clean and has been updated. Distance from Niagara Falls was not too far.

The bathroom is very small. Neighborhood is not the best.

Nothing, it was so bad I canceled and stayed at another hotel.

Upon arrival to the property, the person at the front desk was standing in the doorway, taking hits off a hand bong. Only after my family got out and headed into the office did he stop and go to the front desk. Then he laughed as he explained that our room wasn't available yet (it was after 5 pm, check-in was supposedly anytime after 3 pm). Then he waved us off and told us to go have dinner or something and come back later. So we went outside to sit and one of the small tables and let our kids (5 and 11) play at the playground. None of the umbrellas at the tables worked. After we sat down an unleashed guest's dog started running around and threatened my kids ‐ I had them stay on top of the playground equipment to stay out of it's reach. We ended up feeling so rattled and nervous about staying that we found another place to stay. It did not feel safe to stay there with my kids. I understand that recreational Marijuana is legal in New York. However, it is not appropriate to get high on the job any more than it would be acceptable for someone to get drunk at work. We canceled before we were checked in and given a room, so I don't know what the rooms are like.

We like the staff, breakfast and the pool.

The restroom is small, a lot of flies in the room and some items were broken.

better breakfast options and bigger rooms would have been nice. other space to meet and hang out besides rooms would have been nice.

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge and microwave worked as they should. Second time we stayed here and everything was fine

Checking in and checking out, I had to wait for someone to show up in the lobby to help me. They were out busy helping other guests, so it wasn't their fault. I believe it was probably due to staff shortage

Guest service agent was really pleasant and easy to deal with.

The hot tub was cool. We really liked having a fridge, Keurig in the room. There were multiple seating areas. Friendly staff and it was quiet.

The drain for the tub looked really old, there was a wet towel hanging on the tub when we got there.

The exterior of the property looked well cared for, very convenient location; friendly, helpful staff, King Suite with Jacuzzi and fireplace were nice amenities. The jacuzzi was nice to relax in and the bed was comfortable.

The walls were in rough shape behind chairs, shackled but not painted in many locations making it appear shabby. I would suggest chair rails at the height to prevent future damage and maintenance to walls.

Everything was super!! The room was very clean. The guy at the front desk was very polite. Very comfy bed, great location and free breakfast! with an exceptional price!… what else do you people want ?!
