I love how the property was in an open space plus there was a variety of restaurants around the area .

We rate hotels based on the shower and water pressure. I know weird. This is by far the best experience we have had! What a fun staycation!

The staff was very friendly. Bella greeted us when we arrived and left. She was very personable. The room was very nice and very clean. The facility itself was welcoming. I felt very comfortable. I would definitely use this facility again!

Covered parking would be a nice addition.

Doors on exterior had issues. One was broken, and one didn't close well. Back parking lot was a little messy.

It was exactly what I needed. I was going down for a medical procedure that was going to leave me knackered. The TV was huge and moveable which was amazing given I basically laid in bed for half the day recovering. With all of the streaming services free to use, I could watch whatever I wanted and truly relax. The location was great, and being surrounded by so much green was wonderful. Next time I need to come down, I'm bringing my dogs and we're staying there.

This is going to sound really dumb, but I kept turning my TV up and down because I was worried it would disturb my neighbors. If there was a sign or note or something saying that the rooms are mostly soundproof or that you can turn the volume up to so and so amount, I wouldn't have had to worry. Like I said, I was there for a medical procedure that left me bed bound but also unable to sleep so having to fiddle with the controller at 2 in the morning to not wake up the people on either side of me would've been nice. But again, it's a stupid, small thing. Only other thing I would have liked was a set of cutlery and a plate in the room. Something disposable or recyclable. I was severely immunocompromised so I couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. Also, the phone didn't work. Rang busy the whole time.

Pool and hot tub was great.

4 adults registered in the room but only 2 towel sets even though requested more from front desk and from maid. TV was difficult to use. Complimentary breakfast was missed.

Nothing, was that great . The staff was HORRIBLY RUDE. And the location wasn’t good. The bed was comfortable. That’s about all that I could really even compliment about the hotel, at all, honestly. There isn’t much good about it.

Everything was literally horrible. I am so horrified at how awful this experience was. The staff were the rudest and worst customer service that I have EVER experienced. The general manager was even worse than the other employees! I’m shook!

Breakfast was good like the seating area. Very comfortable and like that you were next to ball park! Hot tub was great too but need de foamer.

Loved the location

Our room wasn't swept when we checked in, only had a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and only had 2 bath towels in the bathroom.

The location was great. Quick access to get anywhere you needed on the southwest side of Phoenix. The lobby was clean. The staff tried to have things taken care of.

The room had layers of dust on the furniture. A very large piece of dust hanging from the television. Right above where you would eat. The bathroom sink had men’s shaved hair in it and on the counter. The shower was dirty with hair, as was the bathroom floor. They do not do a very good job cleaning the rooms. I was very uncomfortable that the room was not cleaned properly. I asked for a manager to call me and I never received a call.
