Good service, clean room, very helpful manager.

Very clean, well appointed rooms with lots of shelving. Super comfortable bed and blankets. New appliances. The property rents out motorcycles and will call you a taxi at all hours. We had such a comfortable stay!

Hot water lasts about 15 minutes but seems par for the course here.

The location was about it. The lobby looks pretty, but there is stuff all over. Example, cute flower veggie cut outs on a tray at a table by the door.

This place didn’t take credit cards. What hotel doesn’t take credit cards?! Luckily we had cash on us, but I was more than a little annoyed. The guy at the front desk never looked up when we came in, and stared at his phone or computer. The back tables in the lobby were covered with items so you couldn’t use them. I found several hairs that weren’t mine on the floor of our room, and I had no hot water for shower on day 2. My

1. the room had ANTS everywhere, from the tables to the bed to the inside of the electric kettle, and this was upon changing the room that was originally booked (which also had ants). 2. I was charged for a sea-facing room, as stated in my booking. however, i was not provided with the same. upon explanation of this with print out proof to the receptionist, he said there are no such rooms available on his property. 3. the room is very small, good only if you are travelling solo. 4. i was told no food is available at the hotel when in other reviews the guests have talked about the same being available.

The Nest has a great location in the centre of the city - everything is walkable. The Host was extremely nice and helped us checkin at 1 am. We were nervous about reaching the hotel at night but the host downloaded whatsapp so we can communicate with him and arrange for taxi in case of emergency.

The room is a bit small but overall - it is a very cute place to stay.

There was too much noise so we couldn't sleep at all. Not even my girlfriend who sleeps on every nighttrain/bus we took. They were screaming and Stomping the floor so we had to get out so we could get at least a little bit of sleep before the big caves tour There was ants in both rooms and a cockroach in the 1st

Excellent location, close to everything you need. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff terrific. Would be happy to stay there again.

The room was big and clean. It is a modern hotel. For the price, the rooms are decent.

The plug in the sink was stuck and the water pressure in the shower was very low. The beds are quite hard.

the location is perfect, in a peaceful and poetic small street next to the walking street, by the river. it is close to food places, within walking distances. you can feel immediately peaceful.

amazing staff, great location, new and modern - very stylish

the rooms were very small which was a tight fit with two pieces of luggage - the small design also means cannot open the wardrobe because the single bedside table is in the way. No duvet or blanket, just a bedsheet. also the reception and fish pool area was very messy, cables, half-opened boxes, just quite messy and gave a sense of unfinished construction. this did not take away from our amazing stay! just constructive feedback on improvements

great place to stay in Dong Hoi - practically next to the weekend walking street, super nicely designed, the staff is super helpful, we rented a motorbike for the whole stay, everything you might need is close by - everything was just perfect!
