The condo was super spacious and the perfect layout for our 3 small families. It had everything we needed for a weekend, including all the streaming apps for TV. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The location was perfect, a quick drive to downtown and 10 mins to Storyland. Best of all, the owner was super friendly, responsive, and accomodating. We would definitely stay again!

Very Clean and a great location! A very nice location for homebase for touring New England. We had such a nice time! Beautiful duplex condo in a beautiful setting. Comfortable beds and multiple washer/dryers. Great place to stay and highly recommended!

The unit was very nice! Layouts of the 3 king bedrooms was great and it is very hard to find units with 3 kings! Loved relaxing on the 2nd floor balcony! The location of the condo was fantastic, very close and convenient to everything in North Conway. I would recommend having an extra set of towels available in the bathrooms for guests! Our family really enjoyed the spaciousness of this condo. There was plenty of room for us to gather, and yet also retire to our own separate rooms for rest. It’s so close to Cranmore too! Great communication with the host Brandon throughout the entire visit. We would definitely choose this space again.

We enjoyed a 5 day stay with our family, 2 daughters, husbands and little ones. First off the house is spacious, clean as can be, everything is new and working. Bonus: each bedroom is spacious and has a private bathroom. Huge closets, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Kitchen is new and has everything you would need to prepare and cook meals. Great gathering room and big table to play games and eat meals. Biggest bonus, walk out the front door and and you are at Cranmore. With the kids and babies it was nice to not have to drive anywhere. Oh did I mention you can walk to downtown too. Overall it was perfect for us. We actually booked it for next year as well. If I could make 1 minor suggestion - side entryway from garage and front door need door mats. We kept vacuuming up sand dragged in from outside. Other than that no complaints!

Had a great stay. Place is large and spacrious and clean. Our group was my family of 5 (3 kids). Had everything we needed. Super easy & great communication. 5 min walk to Cranmore and 15 min walk to downtown North Conway. Will stay again!

This is our second stay at this location and the property did not disappoint! Beautiful condo and had everything we ever needed. We will be back (again)!

Summer visit to local parks (Storyland-Santas Village) Overall good fairly clean and modern unit. Would recommend management to enforce a better cleaning company to do better job. Our floors were dusty black grime when walking barefoot, and baseboards dirty. Otherwise a great overall rental with plenty of kitchen and bath supplies for 2 families.

Everything we needed, spacious and clean - loud! If you have little ones, the vaulted ceilings to not help their loudness! But it was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Spacious, clean, comfortable condo! Great location, quiet but close to anything in North Conway/Conway. Highly recommend! Brandon was great when a small issue came up on Saturday afternoon and promptly took care of it.

This house was perfect for our weekend. We were two families with 5 young adult/teenage children. The house was well-appointed and very spacious. Great location for Cranmore and North Conway village. Brandon was a great host. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this BEAUTIFUL Condo, it was open and spacious. We had a wonderful time staying at this condo with our 2 adult children & their spouses along with our 3 grandchildren (ages; 3, 1 and 6mos). The space was big enough for all of us, well updated, clean and accommodating. The owner was gracious to let us check in a tad early the day of our arrival. This is a great location, close to all that North Conway has to offer. We look forward to visiting again next year! Highly recommend.

We had a great time with friends at this home. It is so close to Cranmore. Walkable, but we opted to drive with little kids. It was easy to ski, take a break back at the house, then return for more skiing! The house was clean, large, and well appointed. Our only challenge was that the temp inside was 49 degrees when we arrived. It took into the next day to get the home’s temp to 70 inside. Other than the heat issue, the stay was great and Brandon was super responsive!

This property was just as described-very clean, supplies available for a few days-easy walk to Mr. Cranmore resort Would highly recommend We were group of 6 adults, 4 children-plenty of room for all to enjoy

My group enjoyed the stay there. Beautiful trees around the house. Everything in the house was practically in excellent condition including pots and pans. We needed extra bowls, coffee mugs, kitchen towels and blankets. Everything was provided after I communicated with property manager. I really appreciated that a lot. I highly recommend this place.

In fairness, I didn’t require any communication with the owner. The 10:00 am check out time is a little early and check in time is a little late. The cleaning fee seems a little over the top but if it can be justified then fine. Bunk beds were not clean. With that said, great place and can’t beat the location.

The house was great. It had four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a cute porch, and was in a great neighborhood. Couches weren’t able to accommodate everyone if you plan on spending a lot of time there, but if you’re going to be outside most of the time, totally worth it!! Dining room and kitchen could.

The property is just as advertised. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Great location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Mini fridges in the bonus room upstairs and the garage came in handy.

This is my second time staying in the condos and they do not disappoint. They are very clean, well stocked, cozy and close to everything. The manager was very responsive. No complaints, can’t wait to return.
