Huge space and location was good and great value

Liked everything maybe if I had to name anything it would be the jet water cover in the tub needed soaking and cleaning and the mantle needed wiping down but wasn’t any problems

Everything! The facilities were being renovated, but was VERY clean! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable! The maintained man was exceptionally helpful and very nice!

Not really a dislike , but the pool was not available for swimming

It fit our whole family and location was perfect!! Loved having our own washer and dryer

Perfect location, away from busy traffic and noise. Beautiful Mountain View. Large apartment- perfect size for our family. Very comfortable. Loved it!!

Smoking area was fine other than no shade and no cover for rain. We used umbrellas. A small shelter would be perfect. We always used permitted area although we saw others smoking on patios, which honestly should be allowed since that is on back side of units and away from walkway with the front doors.

I liked the spacious unit and the location of the property.

I was very upset that a $150 cleaning fee was included in the cost of booking when the unit was not very clean. the tubs and toilets looked as if they had not been cleaned, surfaces all throughout were dusty, and the A/C vents were caked in dust and dander build-up.

Everything about the place was wonderful after the management company got us moved to the bottom floor. I had written in my reservation and also called customer service to verify we were on the bottom floor. I explained that we had 3 out of 4 of us handicapped. I was not impressed with whomever I spoke to who assured me we were In a condo on the bottom floor but when I called on Saturday after arrival I was extremely pleased with their resolution.

I think the broken blinds need to be fixed and dark curtains be added to the rooms so that people who sleep later can close the curtains to prevent it being so bright. Other than that. I think the place was perfect.

The rooms were very clean, and well-decorated, with beautiful views, and an awesome patio, and the stay was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Windows were clean on the inside and the outside.

The staff was not friendly and very rude!!!!!!!! The tv cable box was laying on top of the TV, not on a shelf, and it fell off in the middle of the night. No elevator.

It was a great space with the kids!!

Living room TV didn't work. Also, a playspace for the kids would be amazing

I liked the amount of space

The price. The fact there was no other garbage bags nor was there any wash rags etc. The tub looked like it was patched an not safe to use. The shower was patched the same way.

nice location, quiet, clean, extra toiletries provided (toilet paper and towels) , pots and pans/ cooking ware and more.

one of the rooms were not set up as expected according to the pictures and details of booking. One of the rooms were supposed to be set up as 3 bunk beds (total of 6 beds) which changed sleeping arrangements but we made it work.

The location is convenient to Dollywood and all Pigeon Forge attractions. The view is amazing.

The neighbors were noisy but it was New Year’s weekend, so we were expecting some noise.

There weren't enough rags or blankets, wasn't clean , kitchen needs to be fully stocked . It also looked like it had been remodeled, but they weren't finished .

The property was very spacious, and fit our family of 12 perfectly! The rooms were big and open, as well as the living area. Absolutely loved the patio and view!

rooms are clean and spacious. kitchen is good. friendly Support service. our apartment key code was not enabled. when we contacted emergency services in the midnight, we received required support. hats-off to the service

1. when 3 baths used, water flow is not enough to Fo the shower. the water pressure need to be increased. 2. balcony door lock was not working. we left the apartment unlocked 24/7 3. washer dryer is unavailable in the property. if someone would like to stay for a week, this would be an issue 4. only one trash bag provided in the apartment 5. some blinds were in teared. no curtains to windows
