We had the best time staying at this beautiful home with another family. In all, we fit 4 adults and 7kids very comfortably. The location of the home was perfect for renting a boat and tubing! We also had a chance to walk and explore the area- it was scenic and absolutely stunning. We plan to return!

We vacationed with our adult children and 2 young grandchildren. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all. Kitchen was so well equipped, I took too much. Although we loved hanging out in the water and on the dock, we especially enjoyed the paddle boards. It was unfortunate timing there was some construction noise early our first morning, but once we got to the lake, we didn't hear a thing and it was only the first morning. At night, we could put the children to bed and the adults could play cards in the basement and watch the soccer games without bothering the kids. This is a beautiful property!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lakehouse!! The decorating and furnishings were modern and beautiful - created a very inviting and peaceful vibe. Everything was thought through and had a nice quality level. The layout of the home was very accommodating for our family needs, including several grandchildren. And we all loved the breathtaking setting on the lake. It was so enjoyable to relax on the porch, as well as play in the water with the kayaks and paddleboards. Missy was amazing in her positive and supportive help with our pre-arriving questions. We would 100% love to stay there again when we head to Georgia!!

The house and property exceeded expectations!

House was great and dock was also great. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. Only negative was could only get Luke warm water in upper floor bathroom.

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it there. The layout of the home is perfect for a larger group with children. The boat dock and separate swim platform make it nice to relax by the water as well. I definitely would pick this property again!

Wonderful setting and accommodations for large family gathering/vacation. The house is so efficiently laid out that each person had their own private space and the living space and deck were an awesome place for everyone to gather during the day! Overall everyone absolutely loved the house and the gorgeous view! The home owner was very responsive when we had questions. Thanks Missy!!

Such pretty relaxing decor ,

This property was top notch. We loved everything about the house, The gameroom/basement was perfect for kids and the late night crowd playing games n having a ball! The kayaks and stand up paddle boards were a huge hit too! Highly recommend this place!

This house was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. Easy flat walk to the lake. Convenient to Hartwell Marina. We would definitely stay again!

We loved it so much we came back for a 2nd visit. Clean, welcoming home that is comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy. Plenty of room for everyone. Missy is very welcoming and accommodating.

We do a yearly summer lake trip, and this was our first to Lake Hartwell. We could not have picked a better location both for the house and spot on the lake. The house was exactly as described, with so much room and everything you might need (including parking). It was spotless, and just what we were looking for with grandparents, parents and teens and plenty of room to hang out. Great tables for game nights too! The flat walk to the water was perfect for the grandparents and carrying kayaks and paddle boards. The cove was lovely for swimming and convenient to Marinas and the open parts of the lake. Would definitely come back!

We rented this home with another family for a last minute weekend getaway from ATL. It was an easy drive with two toddlers and the house was super clean! Great setup with (2) kids rooms on different floors. Our kids stayed in bunk room (1st floor) and were able to wake up and play downstairs without waking up other family on main floor. My only complaint is that it got pretty cold down there. Nothing blankets and cuddling couldn’t fix! View was beautiful and the house has everything you need for easy dinners- oven was a little tricky, didn’t seem as hot as it said it was. House has cute signs with Wi-Fi password and sheets/ towels were nice and comfy. The hand soap and bars that were provided were nice. It even had stools in bathrooms for our little ones to use to reach sink. The house has a basket filled with laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets. It has foil, trash bags, dishwasher soap, really everything you need. All of the attention to detail was definitely noticed and very much appreciated. We would love to return when it gets warmer!

I had a couple of questions before my trip in regards to the restaurants in the area. Missy was very prompt in giving me the run-down of options. The morning of the trip she sent a message and gave me a call to make my check-in super smooth. When we got to the lake house everything was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked. They had high-end pots, bakeware, glasses, plates, seasonings, and everything else that you could think of. The furniture was clean and comfortable. She had an abundance of towels and face cloths. The instructions for everything were tastefully hung around the house in picture frames . The internet worked well. The view of the lake was stunning. The windows were soundproof. The bedrooms look better in person than they do in the pictures. I really enjoyed my stay and Missy's hospitality. I would recommend this space 100%.

Everything was awesome!! Property manager made you feel as if you are family. The property is perfect and beautiful view of the water. We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Linens, beds and pillows were high quality, kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, great outdoor kitchen/grill, any Spice you could think of, sperate ice maker. The owners were great and easy to work with. Can’t go wrong renting this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. We had a football party on Saturday and had a lot of people downstairs enjoying the indoor/outdoor areas with the garage doors raised. The lake is super shallow at the docks which was perfect for our grandchildren swimming around the area. We’ll definitely go back! The house has everything you need too!

My family and friends had a relaxing time at this vacation rental. The property is described well. Missy was so helpful in making sure our stay was perfect. The house is very welcoming. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed cooking every night. The lake is beyond beautiful and we rented a pontoon from Lake Hartwell Marina for a 24h rental. The kids under 5 years old thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake. Pretty shallow for kids to enjoy by the shore. I think the only negative would be we did not anticipate the intensity of the mosquitoes present while out on the patio deck or dock. Being that we travelled from out of town it was hard to bring citronella candles. My suggestion would be for the property managers to maybe ad a welcome package for families with essentials like sunblock, mosquito repellent, and citronella candles or similar. That way every family can thoroughly enjoy their lakeside stay. Will definitely consider coming back and even looking at their other properties in Northwest Florida. Thanks!

We loved our stay at this property! Everything was perfect - recently renovated with everything new including towel, dishes, etc! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you. Brand new deck with awesome view and great basement for our kids. 2 docks with paddleboards and kayaks - we didn't want for anything. Can't wait to go back!

Thank you for the house being set up so well with high end towels, linens and dishes. Outside areas and downstairs were great as well. Very nice experience for our group.
