A rude employee at the gate caused anxiety we didn’t have a place to stay and left a bad first impression. The only rude person we met on our 8 day vacation…such a shame and shame on her for lying and being so nasty. We couldn’t use the bikes on our first day as planned because you need a separate docu sign for the lock code on the bikes. As I had inquired in an email when booking the property about the bikes this would have been helpful to know in advance. All the tires were flat but there was a pump available. If you fly into Long Beach airport on a Friday afternoon the drive to this property is over 4 hours. The hot tub by the property was broke but we found another across the street. Very lovely home and neighborhood and just as described. Skip was always available and very professional. Great location to hike the PCT and visit Joshua Tree NP which was our main purpose. Shields was our favorite for breakfast and lunch and their Garden was enjoyed by all, even our 3 year old Grandson…a must see.

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and will continue to return. Skip is responsive and always ensures we have all we need for our stay.

Staying at this townhome in the Legacy Villas was a great time for our group. Townhome was spacious, clean, multiple patios with a serene backdrop. Skip was very communicative and a great host. Would come back again.

This was the perfect spot to go and relax. The kids were happy swimming in the various pools. We cooked simple meals and enjoyed them on the patio with the beautiful view. We can't wait to go again sometime!

Our accommodations were perfect for the 5 of us. The condo was convenient to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and within walking distance to the La Quinta Resort. We had dinner at the Adobe Grill at the resort and then enjoyed live music afterwards from a recommendation of our neighbor. Our neighbor also recommended the grill at the Legacy Villas and the burgers were excellent.

This townhome is in a lovely community with gorgeous scenery and many lovely pools. The home itself is well kept and lacks for nothing. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area very much. If you like hiking, the home is not far from some great trails. There is good golf nearby. I'd stay here again if I were to come to the La Quinta area.

The property is wonderfully located in Legacy Villas, offering a private deck area but still close to a pool and other amenities. Skip was helpful and responsive. The home is comfortable well stocked, definitely recommend!

The rental was so nice in that gated community, and there was a pool right behind us that was so easy to access. We walked and biked around the Legacy villas daily. We took advantage of the amenities like the gym and restaurant as well. The option of using the bikes was especially nice. The rental was so clean and

This is a very beautiful property. The landscaping is beautiful. Plentiful pools. My only negative would be that the grill was not open except on weekends.

My family had a great stay. Everything was better than the pictures. The location a one of the best in the complex. It is quiet but steps away from a pool. The view of the mountain from the porch and the rooms is really special. Will definitely return!

Overall we were very pleased. Legacy Villas is amazing! We’ve stayed there many times and this is one of the better units. Location is very good...quieter than many and it’s near being right up against the mountain. In general, the unit was nicely decorated and in good condition. The carpet could use cleaning / replacing. The TV did not work. The property manager was kind enough to give us trouble shooting directions but we didn’t bother as we didn’t use very much. The garage door is very odd and is set up to automatically close after a few minutes. This led to a very close call of what would have been a very expensive repair to my husband’s Land Rover. It also seems dangerous to children...not sure why they have it set this way.

First, if you've ever stayed there you know Legacy Villas are a really good choice and you can't really go wrong. Great grounds, location, building etc. This unit is no exception and enjoys the plus of being right on the mountain edge which adds privacy and quiet. A three bedroom, two level unit with patio is about as good as you can get so tought to beat. Highly recommended. Note to managment: Please let people know that the garage door has an automatice feature that puts it down on it's own after about five minutes so it doesn't take some paint off their bumper as happened to me. Also the carpets really need to be cleaned.

Property is just as described and very clean. It’s well-equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated. The overall development is also very well-maintained and beautiful. We loved the area with tennis available at the nearby public park and golf available next door at the La Quinta resort. Overall, a wonderful stay.

A wonderful 4 days away with our children—plenty of things to do at Legacy Villas! We loved the Mountain View’s and solitude with quiet mornings due to the excellent location. Our family spent the day at Joshua Tree on the way to La Quinta which was also lovely. Communication with the property manager was easy and timely, while we didn’t need it during our stay, I trusted he would be available. Thank you so much!

This home was perfect for our short getaway! The home was immaculate and the location was perfect! My kids stayed in the twin suite and was perfect for them. The accommodations worked out beautifully with the pools as well. My kids had a blast and so did my family members. Highly recommend.

The townhouse was a perfect Covid getaway. Everything was beautiful furnished and set up. We were appreciative of the little amenities such as spices and coffee. The outdoor patio was private with serene views of the mountain. Skip was great at answering our questions and providing assistance. We look forward to returning!

This property was very nice! It was exceptionally clean very nicely decorated. The entire complex was extremely well-maintained and looked brand new. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very responsive which I very much appreciated. I would stay here again without question.
